Good on arrival, not quite so good on collection although it was quite late at night. We were told to phone a number when we were ready for pick up but after an answerphone message, then some music we were told no one was available to take our call. By the time we got to the collection point we just missed one bus and had to wait 20 minutes for the next one.

I found my car flat on my return, ...its been left on hazards lights. Not a great deal after a tough flight. I had to walk to 2 separate places to find somebody to help me. ( I've been with a big heavy suitcase and a 2 year old boy!) When I finally get help all went smoothly. Staff need to be more vigilant when parking cars and ensure lights are switched off before they leave the vehicle.

Smooth service, good communication, car received and given back quickly and in secure condition. The only minus is the fact that they did not let us know that the car would be returned in different car park due to unexpected closure of the original one, so we were running up and down until we found them.

Great place to park. In centre of Luton next to the train station, easy to find and very near to airport. Staff who met us at the parking were prompt and very friendly. Quick and efficient transfer to the airport. Would definitely recommend!

The overall service was very good but nobody was answering the phone when I tried to alert the company I was on my way back. That meant the crew started looking for my car only when I turned up at their desk. However, this will not change my mind about using the company's services again.

I used the Swift Park and Ride for first time. The car park is located next to Rail station. As per their instructions, I called at least 30mins before my scheduled booked time. When I got in the carpark, called them again to let them now that I arrived. I had to call them 3 times more until they picked us up, ended with 50mins waiting in the car park! I have 'Call Recorder' app on my phone and I can prove it! As a result, after another 10-15mins to the Airport we missed the flight! They use 6-seater small van which can not pick more passenger and they have to do many courses! In the past I used at least 3 different carparks around Luton Airport and never waited more then 10-15mins! Totally unreliable car park!

It's OK driver friendly .But parking in a multistorey carpark is not ideal and having to call them to arrange collection from car to airport is a pain especially if you are running late. On return you have to call driver from baggage claim and he leaves to collect you was told 10 to 15 min but 30 min later still waiting as he had just collected someone when we called and left airport so its a 30min round trip

Really friendly team that dropped us at the airport and picked us up to bring back to the parking. Didn't realise that the parking was actually more in Luton town centre, but it's really close to the airport and the guys running the service have got it sorted really efficiently. Lovely van that we were transferred in. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

You can book Luton Airport Parking with us right up to your day of travel. We'd always recommend booking as early as possible however to get the best prices and guarantee your space at your chosen car park. 

Prices are set by the car parks and change with the availability so as the car parks fill up the prices increase.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on bookings that aren’t used due to a vehicle breaking down.

There isn't a discount for booking more than one car but if you have a discount code or promotional email offer then this will be applied to all the cars on the booking.

If you're looking to make a booking to park more than one car at Gatwick then you can easily do this on our website. Simply enter your dates and times, choose the option that best suits you and when you click through to the booking form you'll have the option to "Add a car" and can make a booking for up to 5 vehicles at the same time.

Cancelling a booking is dependent on the type of product booked and the car park type as Non-flexible bookings cannot be cancelled at any time.

Flexible bookings can be cancelled any time after the booking is made, up to 24 hours before your booking arrival date.

There is a £10 cancellation fee, with the balance refunded. unless you took out the waiver fee when booking.

You can make the cancellation yourself by going to the help page and clicking on Cancel Booking

When you book a Meet and Greet Car Park, you will be met at the airport by a fully insured Chauffeur, who drives your car to a secured storage site.

On return, your vehicle is bought back to the terminal, so you can just drive straight home.

Holders of the Park Mark® award have been risk assessed by a crime prevention officer from the local police. The Safer Parking Scheme is an initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers and is managed by the British Parking Association.

We'll send you an email confirmation following your booking. This will confirm all the details of your booking, including a booking reference, so you can check that everything is ok.

If you didn't receive a booking confirmation email from us, please check your email provider spam/junk folder.

To re-send your booking confirmation, find your booking and select the 'Re-send booking confirmation' option.

It is important to have access to your Booking Confirmation, but you don’t have to print it. You must however ensure it is fully visible on your phone or device, so you can see all the information, directions and procedures you need to follow.

Booking Confirmations are sent upon completion of your booking, so if you don’t see it in your inbox please check your Junk/Spam folder in case it is there. 

You can view or print or resend your confirmation voucher yourself by going to our help section and clicking on  View Booking or Resend Confirmation Email.

If you do not have the booking reference number, you can email us, or call us.

There is no charge to amend your car details.

You can make the change yourself by going to our help section and clicking on Amend Booking.

An invoice showing payment made will be sent to you by separate email from either Worldpay or from PayPal. 

We don't use the parking confirmation as a payment receipt, as they sometimes need to be handed over to the car park.  

You can get a VAT invoice by going to our Help page and clicking on Request VAT Invoice

Most car parks charge per day or part thereof, i.e. they count the day you enter the car park and the day you leave. That means a 7 night trip is 8 calculated as days parking and a 14 night trip will be 15 days parking.

This will depend on the car park you book, but we recommend that you arrive to drop the car off at least minutes 30 minutes prior to your earliest check-in/bag drop time. 

The 'parking from' time on your confirmation is the time slot the car park has allocated you, so it’s important to let us know if you need to change the time, if its more than 24 hours before you are due to park. If it is less than 24 hours before your meet is due, you should call the chauffeurs using the number on your confirmation voucher.

Vehicle Details We can update vehicle details at any point. There is no charge for amending vehicle details.

Dates & Times Most bookings can be changed up to 24 hours before the booked arrival date. However, if you have booked an option marked as Non-refundable or Saver then the dates and times on these options cannot be amended and the booking cannot be cancelled. We are unable to amend details with 24 hours of your booked arrival date.

It's not a problem if your flight back to Luton is delayed. Your car will be kept safe and you can pay for any additional parking at the car park when you return to collect your vehicle.
