Convenient, secure, freindly service. Reasonable value too, in comparison with long term parking options closer to airport.

Fab service waiting ready for me on return, pleasant staff. My only gripe was I wish there were a few more signposts towards the car park as Iâm not the best at finding places!

Used the Car Park at Cardiff airport, absolutely brilliant! Booked and paid online, very easy process. Camera identified my vehicle at the entrance barrier, short bus journey to the terminal but to be honest I could have walked... On return camera again identified my vehicle and I drove straight out of the Car Park. Given the nightmares surrounding valet parking I would highly recommend BookFHR.com

Confusing process. Booking confirmation told me to get a ticket at the barrier. When I pressed for the button I could not get one. Barrier lifted but confirmation stated I needed to get ticket validated when returning. Also shuttle bus service is erratic and no timetable on view. When we returned at 8.30pm no sign of any bus. Waited 15 mins before eventually walking instead!

Really you canât go wrong, if your car is safely where you left it on your return...which it was. Would have 5 stars but the interconnecting bus a complete joke with baggage fiasco.

The lady twice I have booked with you for Cardiff airport, for some reason the scanner isnât picking up our car registration number,so have to take a ticket and go to customer services on our return for them to process the ticket which is a bit annoying, have a nother booking for June so hope we donât have the same problem.Have never had this problem before and itâs the same vehicle. If it does happen again will consider using a different firm .

Always excellent service from a very friendly and helpful staff. We have used this security car park close to Cardiff airport for many years, and at least 6 times a year recently. On arrival you park your car about 50 feet from the transfer coach (you often see your car driven into the security car park before you leave for the airport) while you are dropped off on your return within a few feet of your car. The service is swift with little waiting around for the transfer coach and takes some five minutes to and from the airport. The site is next to the Highwayman pub, so you can get a meal or drink there during opening hours. Thoroughly recommended.
