Normandy Hotel

Great service from the Normandy obviously very propular, the only downside was the only one coach available to take from the airport from a very busy flight.

Normandy Hotel

Parking and complementary shuttle were excellent. However the room was very small and incredibly noisy with very loud music from a function until 1.30 am (the hotel appears to host lots of parties and music events). I changed rooms but it was still noisy and once the music stopped I could hear every word from the people in the next room. I am usually a really good sleeper and the bed was comfortable but next time i’ll definitely bring good ear plugs.

Normandy Hotel

Lovely staff, clean rooms, room decor is a bit dated but adequate for an overnight before our holiday. Restaurant is also good and good value, I asked for poached eggs for breakfast and they were perfect. We will definitely use the hotel again. We also found the booking process very good

Normandy Hotel

Stayed here many times over the years and always been perfectly happy. This low rating is due mainly to the quite awful car parking arrangements. We arrived in darkness and rain and had to find a space in an unlit, potholed field off the main car park. We hoped our car would have been moved to the main car park on our return -alas, not! I had to splash through the many puddles and mud in heavy rain to access the car. The hotel itself was noisy during the night with bathroom fans running and assorted plumbing "noises" so not much sleep with a 4 am wake-up call. We were left very disappointed on this occasion and we do not think we will return as the car parking facility and security has deteriorated considerably and the hotel itself needs some work. That`s a real shame as the staff are particularly friendly and helpful.

Normandy Hotel

Hotel was brilliant. Room was a wee bit small but no complaints as we were only there for one night. Very clean. Staff on front desk very nice and helpful. We have only booked a hotel and car parking before flying once before and it was a disaster. The hotel was dirty (sheets not even washed from previous guests. Still had their body indent in the sheets and they smelled horrible. This was at a hotel in Newcastle). This stay has renewed our faith. We will definitely be staying here again. Food was fab to. Big thumbs up from us 👍

Holiday Inn Hotel in Glasgow

We got a very good deal for hotel and parking combined. Great service as always and would have given 5 stars but one issue was that the directions to the hotel were not that clear and did not work with our sat nav so we got a bit lost.

Normandy Hotel

Hotel room was fine although room would benefit from a refurbishment. Car park is in a shocking state. Pot holes everywhere. We were lucky enough to get the last space in the car park. From our hotel room window which overlooked the car park, we watched people going up and down for over 10 mins looking for spaces. Every car had no alternative but to go into the adjacent car park, which had an no entry sign. They even struggled to find spaces there, some parking on grass verges. Once they eventually decided on where they were parking, they had to walk quite a distance with luggage, in the pouring rain, to get back to the hotel. Not the best start to anyones holiday and something the Normandy hotel should be looking into for their customers.

Normandy Hotel

Excellent value for money, airport transfer short and efficient both leaving and returning, basic room but comfy bed which is what we needed arriving in the early hours of the morning after a delay leaving from the airport. Lovely breakfast, friendly and helpful staff and will always use this as a preferred parking method when travelling from Glasgow airport.
