Parking was easy to find and entry/exit easy with ANPR cameras. It's only a short walk to the terminal but if it's winter or raining there is no shelter.

No trouble with parking the car once the actual car park was located. In the early hours signposting of the Short Stay 3 car park left much to be desired. Once found entry and exit was easy and straghtforward. FHR had done their part of the work well.

I have used mid stay 2 and 3 before as the Car Park(s) are just a short walk from the Main terminal building so negates any need to get a bus when arriving back late in the evening. The booking and access was good with no issues. Looses a star for the size of marked spaces. They were designed for cars of 10 years ago and so are barely big enough for a Quahqai / Golf / Focus. With the significant number of SUV type vehicles the spaces are too small and you need to be very careful getting in/out of your car. All cases and people need to get out before parking. It looses another star die to lack of monitoring where people are parking. Maybe due to the space size issue an Audi Q5 was parked ad hoc on the end of a row, opposite a Range Rover similarly parked outside of a bay on end of row. The problem being these two cars now protruded into the access route to the exit so making it a very tight 180 turn. At the very least the parking spaces on the end of rows should be more clearly marked or as with many other car parks hash lines added to show that parking should not take place there.

Easy to find, well light, side parking round the outside gave me peace of mind when it came to other cars catching mine. Barriers automatically opened with registration recognition so very easy to use.

On entering the car park the barrier immediately raised to allow access. There were plenty of spaces at the far end. On return the barrier raised on approach to exit. Could not fault the experience.

Whilst being some 3mts from your bus stop no.2 long stay your driver drove off leaving us to wait for him to return, not funny when disabled. Upon my return another half hour wait in a very chill wind. Perhaps you can get your act together and provide a decent service

The ANPR would not work to enter or leave the car park. This caused a delay when entering and leaving the car park. Other than this no problem. Transfer bus was only a short wait both times. Wanted a "meet & greet" but no longer available at East Midlands airport.

Great location with good size parking bays. Only a short walk from the terminal. A few quid more than the cheapest option but has add security of cctv. Would definitely recommend

Frequently Asked Questions

Cancelling a booking is dependent on the type of product booked and the car park type as Non-flexible bookings cannot be cancelled at any time.

Flexible bookings can be cancelled any time after the booking is made, up to 24 hours before your booking arrival date.

There is a £10 cancellation fee, with the balance refunded. unless you took out the waiver fee when booking.

You can make the cancellation yourself by going to the help page and clicking on Cancel Booking

Holders of the Park Mark® award have been risk assessed by a crime prevention officer from the local police. The Safer Parking Scheme is an initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers and is managed by the British Parking Association.

We'll send you an email confirmation following your booking. This will confirm all the details of your booking, including a booking reference, so you can check that everything is ok.

If you didn't receive a booking confirmation email from us, please check your email provider spam/junk folder.

To re-send your booking confirmation, find your booking and select the 'Re-send booking confirmation' option.

It is important to have access to your Booking Confirmation, but you don’t have to print it. You must however ensure it is fully visible on your phone or device, so you can see all the information, directions and procedures you need to follow.

Booking Confirmations are sent upon completion of your booking, so if you don’t see it in your inbox please check your Junk/Spam folder in case it is there. 

You can view or print or resend your confirmation voucher yourself by going to our help section and clicking on  View Booking or Resend Confirmation Email.

If you do not have the booking reference number, you can email us, or call us.

There is no charge to amend your car details.

You can make the change yourself by going to our help section and clicking on Amend Booking.

An invoice showing payment made will be sent to you by separate email from either Worldpay or from PayPal. 

We don't use the parking confirmation as a payment receipt, as they sometimes need to be handed over to the car park.  

You can get a VAT invoice by going to our Help page and clicking on Request VAT Invoice

Most car parks charge per day or part thereof, i.e. they count the day you enter the car park and the day you leave. That means a 7 night trip is 8 calculated as days parking and a 14 night trip will be 15 days parking.

This will depend on the car park you book, but we recommend that you arrive to drop the car off at least minutes 30 minutes prior to your earliest check-in/bag drop time. 

The 'parking from' time on your confirmation is the time slot the car park has allocated you, so it’s important to let us know if you need to change the time, if its more than 24 hours before you are due to park. If it is less than 24 hours before your meet is due, you should call the chauffeurs using the number on your confirmation voucher.

Vehicle Details We can update vehicle details at any point. There is no charge for amending vehicle details.

Dates & Times Most bookings can be changed up to 24 hours before the booked arrival date. However, if you have booked an option marked as Non-refundable or Saver then the dates and times on these options cannot be amended and the booking cannot be cancelled. We are unable to amend details with 24 hours of your booked arrival date.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on bookings that aren’t used due to a vehicle breaking down.

It's not a problem if your flight back to East Midlands airport is delayed. Your car will be kept safe and you can pay for any additional parking at the car park when you return to collect your vehicle.
