Star Parking - Meet and Greet (Terms 2 3 & 5)

On the way in the car was received well and the person was very helpful and everything was done very well. On the way in, when I received the car, the car had a smell and crumbs of food lying on the driving seat. I actually saw the guy leaving the car with a bag full of food. Other than that it was okay experience. Need to take my car for a valet so that I can get it cleaned.

Buzz Meet and Greet

The car was returned in good condition and with an acceptable apology for the confusion caused. when I dropped off the car I was given a card with a number to call when we had collected our luggage. On the back it said Bus stop 22 for T3. I called the number which took 3 attempts to be answered. I was told to go to Bus stop 22. It was only after we had awaited a bit that I saw a Buzz minibus - I didn't know they also did off site parking and at no stage was I told to say I was meet and greet. I then had to wait while they sent my car - about 20 mins. There was an apology but they really need to get their act together when it comes to communication.

Happy Days Meet & Greet

When we arrived at the meet and greet point there was nobody there to either meet or greet us. We had to wait for 30 minutes after phoning them three times. This of course then worried us that we were late for our check in . The driver asked us upon our return, instead of picking our car up from within the short stay car park (agreed point) if we would wait in the drop off zone. My husband having previously worked at Heathrow pointed out that you are not allowed to pickup from the ‘drop off ‘ zone and were liable to get a parking ticket we would prefer to collect our car from the agreed point , car park 3 level 3. When we returned from our holiday we called as agreed after collecting our bags and were told 10/15 minutes from the ‘drop off zone’. I again said that we are not allowed to pickup from there. The lady said I had no choice as that was where our car would be in 10-15 minutes. I told them that if we were to get a ticker we would pass it on to ‘ Happy Days ‘ . We then waited 30 minutes for our car. We are yet to find out if we will receive a ticket in the post.

Happy Days Meet & Greet - Non Refundable

We were told by happy days to go to the drop off point at terminal five where we were unable to stop and again on return they asked us to meet there rather than the normal meet and greet area it took them 35 minutes to bring our car back and I would never recommend them again

Happy Days Meet & Greet - Non Refundable

Would have been higher but a 45 minute wait for car to be returned after a 15 hour homeward trip is not acceptable plus all flight details were provided so they should be tracking landing time ,would have helped if instead of being told to go to car park area we had been given a time they would arrive

Excellent prompt service, our flight arrived an hour early, but they delivered the car within minutes. Four stars only as car must have been parked under a tree as was covered with sticky residue. A bit annoying as the could have washed it!

System worked really well, easy to find, and car waiting on arrival. Only comment i have, would be to know where the cars go to be stored! My car came back absolutely filthy dirty and dusty. Appreciate it is outside but looked as though it had been exposed to gravel pit workings!

Happy Days Meet & Greet - Non Refundable

Unfortunately a disappointing experience with Happy Days Meet & Greet at T5. They were 45mins late for the drop-off, which meant I almost missed my flight. During the numerous calls I made to check where the driver was, I was reassured that she was only 5-6 minutes away. She eventually turned up, and when challenged on the tardiness said another customer had kept her waiting, which would suggest they are understaffed. The return was a little better but still 15mins late. They get one star because the car appeared on our return

Happy Days Park and Ride

When we were about an hour away from Heathrow, Happy parking called us in the car. they were trying to tell us that their Shuttle bus was out of order and that we should go straight to the airport where our car would be picked up. that sounds OK. However, they then phoned us almost every five minutes, different people at times to say the same thing, to ask where we were and the same instructions and questions again and again. It was almost harassment. All this while we were trying to navigate the traffic on the M25 and the approach to Heathrow. The worst thing was that their phone lines were so bad that we could not actually hear/understand them and had to keep shouting and asking them to repeat everything. this was very distracting while driving on a full motorway. On our return, they again did not send a shuttle bus but dropped off our car. I understand that most people would probably be thrilled to have a free upgrade to meet&greet, but I have an electric car and that needs to be driven at a gentle speed not by people for whom time is money. As a result of potentially less careful driving and the extra tour to and from the airport, the battery was so low on our return that we just about made it home rather than with a lot of miles to spare. In addition, because the drop off and pick up is in the Passenger drop off area rather than a dedicated bay, we hardly got a chance to inspect the car on our return and at drop off I had to explain to the lady how to drive the car.So all in all, they did everything they could to make things work for us, but they really need to sort out their phones and not harass customers in the way they did with us.
