Happy Days Meet & Greet

Good service.

Star Parking - Meet and Greet (Terms 2 3 & 5)

Could not locate our driver when we arrived so arrival procedure not satisfactory. However, everything went smoothly on our return. We were given alternative collection point details when we phoned after luggage collection. We only had to wait a couple of minutes before our car arrived

FHR Meet & Greet Non-flex (Terms 2 3 & 5)

A fundamental aspect of a meet and greet service is for the customer to be met and greeted. This did not happen on the outward journey; granted it was 0355 in the morning however we then had to make 2 telephone calls before someone eventually turned up 20 mins later. No uniforms were visible despite the literature, either outward or inward, and I was unimpressed by the level of customer service and appearance/demeanour of the staff concerned.

Star Parking - Meet and Greet (Terms 2 3 & 5)

Great service and friendly staff. On time as usual. Only reason why not 5 stars is that the car was parked under a lime tree and was really sticky when we collected it.

Star Parking - Meet and Greet (Terms 2 3 & 5)

Really good experience with Star Parking Meet & Greet. A hassle-free service, with the car delivered and ready for me by the time I left the terminal. My only suggestion for improvement would be for a review of the directions to the correct parking area at Terminal 3 - they didn't match the signs and were slightly confusing. But other than that it was a friendly and efficient service, thank you.

Reeds Service Park T4/T5

I wasn’t the easiest of customers but Reeds were very accommodating. I arrived later than planned and at risk of missing my flight. With the driver out on another pickup, a member of staff jumped in their car and dropped me off at T4 - panic over. On my return to the U.K I arrived late again (10pm on Sunday). After calling the out of hours number, I was picked up within 10 minutes. Great service all round from the team.
