FHR Meet & Greet - Non-refundable

All went to plan. No approach call. But call on return to ask where we were. Plane delayed by hour so don't check flights details.

Happy Days Meet & Greet

I was pleased with the service, although we were directed to level 4 at Heathrow, terminal 2, for our meet and greet service, only to to find that they had moved to level 2 without any communication to ourselves. On our return our car was waiting and the service was good. I was however disappointed to find that the heating controls, radio stations and both driver and passenger seating positions had all been altered which other than the driver seat I would suggest is not necessary and should not have been touched.

Five Star Meet & Greet

Good service but not so happy my car came back so dirty from wherever you park it... Would be a good idea if you offered a small charge of 5/6 pounds before customers get there car back if it's quite dirty? Give it ago will improve your business I say.

Five Star Meet & Greet

everything on time, for the first time ever i had a call from yourselves making sure i was on my way. only downside, was the car was extremely dirty/dusty, the driver said it's because it's stood in a courtyard. but in all the years i have used meet and greet, my car as never come back this dirty

Happy Days Meet & Greet - Non Refundable

Drop off was simple & went as planned (unlike finding terminal 5 at heathrow btw - no signs initially, follow T4 is my tip) Collection was not so good, car wasn't waiting, the essence of the "greet" in meet & greet. However the wait wasn't too bad, car arrived within 10 minutes. Having waited for up to 30 minutes previously though with other companies, I don't like waiting for any length of time as you never know just how long you may have to wait. Especially when we were told when we called them that the car was there waiting, you know then they cannot be believed. Overall though, pretty good this time.
