NCP Flightpath (Terminals 2 & 3)

Easy to book and the least expensive parking option for us. The shuttle bus driver's were fantastic. Both departing and arriving drivers were helpful. The information we received about the return pick up was incorrect. We waited at bus stop 18, but the pick up point was 17. Luckily I recognised the shuttle (hard to miss, since it is bright yellow) and signalled to the driver as he passed. He stopped and helped us load four heavy suitcases and lots of hand luggage. Once back at the parking lot he offered to wait while I fetched the car to load all of our luggage, saving us a lot of trouble.

Purple Park & Ride Terminal 5

This car park is the hardest to find. I read through instructions and could not find the place. I used both postcode and address, separately and together and ended up near Syon Park, MILES away from the actual car park. If you can find the place then the distance to airport and bus service was good.

NCP Flightpath (Terminals 2 & 3)

Check the location on Google maps and streetview before you go. Access is to the side of the Park Inn hotel and can be a bit tight if their car park is overflowing. Found a space easily enough (Saturday evening arrival) but they aren't huge and the surfaces make wheeling suitcases difficult. Mini bus took us to the terminal straight away and we waited five minutes on the return. Journey times 7-8 minutes very close to terminals 2 & 3. Would use again.

NCP Flightpath (Terminals 2 & 3)

From the online booking to leaving the car park to drive home everything went smoothly. The directions to find the car park were accurate and easy to follow. There were several spaces to chose from and I parked easily. Walked to the shuttle bus stop and it wasn't long before the bus arrived. The driver was polite and helpful. He stowed my bag in the boot. The drive to terminal 3 took no time at all and again the driver got my bag. The return journey was just the same. This was the first time I had used this service and was very impressed at how easy everything was.

Five Star Meet & Greet

I had to wait about 10 minutes in the rain outside terminal 3 departures before someone came to collect my car. On my return, I was given different instructions to the driver so had to walk around the airport for 15 minutes. Good value but not the best experience this time.
