FHR Meet & Greet Non-flex (Terms 2 3 & 5)

Very good service. Accommodating and friendly people to deal with and I have no problem with my vehicle upon collection.

Star Parking - Meet and Greet (Terms 2 3 & 5)

Very satisfactory!

NCP Flightpath (Terminals 2 & 3)

Very convenient for terminal 3, the bus transfers are reliable. It’s nice that you can keep your car keys with you. Only criticism if any are the parking spaces are not very well marked, which can make parking and getting in/out of your car a bit difficult as some people have no idea of space.
4 Rating Book Again: Yes Cattini - 21 May 2018 11:12

Five Star Meet & Greet

Sadly I had to wait 15 minutes outside the terminal for the driver to collect my car, even worse, 20 minutes for my car to be delivered back to me upon my return. Will not use them again.

Drivefly Meet & Greet - (Terms 2 3 & 5)

I had booked Drivefly because I had been recommended, but although the departure process was easy and timely, the return experience was not. First, I couldn't contact them on either the number they quoted, it continually rang. After trying on 4 different occasions I was successful. Unfortunately I then had to wait a further 25 minutes for my car. Compared to other meet and greet companies, this was excessive.

Five Star Meet & Greet

The directions to the Meet and Greet at Terminal 5 Heathrow need to be clearer as you can easily miss the turn for the correct level. It would also help if you had a 'proper' desk on return to your car. It appears all other companies have one but you.

Star Parking - Meet and Greet (Terms 2 3 & 5)

I have used fhr (star parking) several times they offer an excellent service Easy to book on line or phone. For people doing the meet & greet for the 1st time some signage wouldn't go amiss at term 2 Heathrow. It is very easy to go through the wrong barrier at entrance, then you have to go out and start again incurring a £4 fee.

Happy Days Meet & Greet

Drop off and pick up was in front of departures which was easier than meeting in the short stay car park so thank you

Happy Days Park and Ride

I was very impressed with the service i received. I originally booked for park & ride but after getting stuck in traffic I was really late. The operator kept in touch with my progress and when it became clear that I would be late for my flight he suggested that i drive straight to the airport & one of their drivers would meet me to park my car. Such a great help. On my return it was quick & easy to get my car back too. Every body was polite, efficient and courteous.
