Short Stay Green Multi-storey

East to find good road markings. Lots of space in the multi-storey and short walk to terminal would use again and again. Can’t fault it.

My CSL Stansted Park & Ride

NEVER USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE AS I NORMALLY FLY OUT OF SOUTHEND BUT NO FLIGHTS FROM THERE AT THE MOMENT ANYWAY A BIT CONCERNED WHEN I BOOKED BUT WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED BY THE SERVICE DROPPED THE CAR OFF AT THE OFFICE CLOSE TO STANSTED THEY TOOK PICTURES THEN PROMPTLY TOOK MR TO THE TERMINAL ON PICK UP THEY ARRIVED AT THE TERMINAL WITHIN 10 MINUTES AND TOOK ME BACK TO THE OFFICE WHERE MY CAR WAS READY AND WAITING ALL GOOD THE SAFF WERE VERY COURTIOUS AS WELL I CAN ONLY SAY A GREAT SERVICE

Used to be good but sadly not any more as maple are now using the shared shared bus with Holiday and premiere inn due to not having PSV drivers. The shuttle bus leaves from the coach station rather than outside terminal, and is every 30 mins rather than in demand as it used to be. On return had to find my car in the badly lit dirt car park behind the Maple portacabin. The normal Stansted long stay car park now seems to be the cheaper and better option.

So easy with Maple Park & Ride. A straight forward quick process where we travelled in a bus to & from the airport. Our car was all ready waiting for us on our return so we could exit unhindered. Would recommend Maple Parking to all our friends. Great service!

I don’t have a problem with park and ride. What I do have is a problem with having to pay another £7 for the transfers which I was not informed of prior to travelling. This would seem to be because of the greed /robbery imposed by the airport itself. I understand that they have lost a lot of revenue due to covid but clawing it back from motorists and passengers on park and ride is simply shameful. Do the long stay buses have to do the same or are they treated differently ? At the moment I can’t say whether or not I would book / use again

Not as good as it used to be. There were no signs as to where to park on entering car park, and having driven in we were then told to turn round and park somewhere completely different. On return we couldnt get hold of the car park to announce our arrival (phone just rang and rang and we tried it 4 times) thus the car wasnt ready and we had another 20 minute wait to get the car.

I Love Meet & Greet - Hampton by Hilton

Having had to change original booking from London Gatwick to London Stansted, the customer service support was excellent. The experience of dropping the car at the hotel, staying the night at the Hampton and receiving the car back was faultless I would certainly recommended using the services of FHR in the future

Went into reception cabin and was totally ignored by staff until he had finished his computer input. Surly on the phone when I called for collection. Muddy drivers footwell where staff had moved the vehicle. A little customer service and a paper footwell protector is not likely to eat much into profits. The bus driver was chirpy though and it was well priced.

First of all my apology to the man at reception. I shouldn't have told him to shut up. But after an awful journey of 6 hours, last thing you want to hear is being told off because at the arrival haven't phone them before boarding the bus. I was trying to explain that I walked to the shuttle bus bay and I found that it was already there. Then, before boarding I asked the driver if I needed to phone the car park and he said no. No way, the man continued with his aggressive attitude telling me I did make a mistake. Finally, quite annoyed, I took my key and walked away.

Frequently Asked Questions

Cancelling a booking is dependent on the type of product booked and the car park type as Non-flexible bookings cannot be cancelled at any time.

Flexible bookings can be cancelled any time after the booking is made, up to 24 hours before your booking arrival date.

There is a £10 cancellation fee, with the balance refunded. unless you took out the waiver fee when booking.

You can make the cancellation yourself by going to the help page and clicking on Cancel Booking

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on bookings that aren’t used due to a vehicle breaking down.

There isn't a discount for booking more than one car but if you have a discount code or promotional email offer then this will be applied to all the cars on the booking.

If you're looking to make a booking to park more than one car at Gatwick then you can easily do this on our website. Simply enter your dates and times, choose the option that best suits you and when you click through to the booking form you'll have the option to "Add a car" and can make a booking for up to 5 vehicles at the same time.

Non-flexible bookings cannot be amended or cancelled.

Flexible bookings can be amended without incurring an amendment fee, however if the amendment results in a price increase ( e.g. a date change), you will be required to pay the additional amount.

You can request the amend by going to our help section and clicking on Amend Booking.

Holders of the Park Mark® award have been risk assessed by a crime prevention officer from the local police. The Safer Parking Scheme is an initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers and is managed by the British Parking Association.

We'll send you an email confirmation following your booking. This will confirm all the details of your booking, including a booking reference, so you can check that everything is ok.

If you didn't receive a booking confirmation email from us, please check your email provider spam/junk folder.

To re-send your booking confirmation, find your booking and select the 'Re-send booking confirmation' option.

It is important to have access to your Booking Confirmation, but you don’t have to print it. You must however ensure it is fully visible on your phone or device, so you can see all the information, directions and procedures you need to follow.

Booking Confirmations are sent upon completion of your booking, so if you don’t see it in your inbox please check your Junk/Spam folder in case it is there. 

You can view or print or resend your confirmation voucher yourself by going to our help section and clicking on  View Booking or Resend Confirmation Email.

If you do not have the booking reference number, you can email us, or call us.

There is no charge to amend your car details.

You can make the change yourself by going to our help section and clicking on Amend Booking.

An invoice showing payment made will be sent to you by separate email from either Worldpay or from PayPal. 

We don't use the parking confirmation as a payment receipt, as they sometimes need to be handed over to the car park.  

You can get a VAT invoice by going to our Help page and clicking on Request VAT Invoice

Most car parks charge per day or part thereof, i.e. they count the day you enter the car park and the day you leave. That means a 7 night trip is 8 calculated as days parking and a 14 night trip will be 15 days parking.

This will depend on the car park you book, but we recommend that you arrive to drop the car off at least minutes 30 minutes prior to your earliest check-in/bag drop time. 

The 'parking from' time on your confirmation is the time slot the car park has allocated you, so it’s important to let us know if you need to change the time, if its more than 24 hours before you are due to park. If it is less than 24 hours before your meet is due, you should call the chauffeurs using the number on your confirmation voucher.

Vehicle Details We can update vehicle details at any point. There is no charge for amending vehicle details.

Dates & Times Most bookings can be changed up to 24 hours before the booked arrival date. However, if you have booked an option marked as Non-refundable or Saver then the dates and times on these options cannot be amended and the booking cannot be cancelled. We are unable to amend details with 24 hours of your booked arrival date.

It's not a problem if your flight back to Stansted is delayed. Your car will be kept safe and you can pay for any additional parking at the car park when you return to collect your vehicle.
