Unlike previous airport car parking lots which we have used at admittedly smaller airports than Stansted, this was really large and we didn't particularly like waiting for the full size bus/coach transfer. These did run every 15 minutes but the parking seemed a long way out. Most importantly we felt the car was safe.

Service was as you would expect. Only problem is the wait to transfer. They don’t use their own bus and rely on the public service. On landing we had a 28 minute wait as we had just missed one. At 1:20 am I wasn’t impressed!

Excellent couldn’t fault the car parking bus little over crowded on the journey to the hotel but very easy to use park you car leave key, on the way back called up went to bus stop left after onto 10 minutes, when we got back car was waiting for us in the car park collected key and was gone so easy very happy

My CSL Stansted Park & Ride

Would give 0 stars if I could. Joke of a company. Very rude staff, yelled at us when we first walked in about our suitcases and offered no help with getting them to the van. They took the £1 per person per way in advance for the transport. Our flight was delayed on the way back and we were only then told that the shuttles stopped after midnight so were VERY RUDELY told “you’ll have to get a taxi back” to pick up the car, no apologies offered and they had already taken the transfer fee for the return journey. No communication from this company, it isn’t made clear when you book that they will not pick you up after midnight and we were forced to wait until the shuttles resumed at 4am to be picked up. Also the company left us waiting over 30 minutes in the rain for our shuttle and then tried to again rudely tell us that we were “lucky” that he wasn’t charging us. Absolute joke, Would never use them again or recommend them. Will be getting our money back as services not as described.

FHR Park & Ride Stansted

Very good service on outbound journey, on return not excellent. Was told that driver was there driving the loop and would be anytime up to eight minutes. The driver turned up 25 minutes with passengers being dropped off. So he wasn’t doing the loop and he wasn’t 8 minutes.

Stansted Meet & Greet

I was quite disappointed, dropping off the queue was huge, when hubby finally got to the front he was told our car wasn’t booked in, so I then joined the queue to query this, and of course it was booked in.was another long queue coming back but all ok,. We have always used the car parks outside the airports previously and found them much quicker. I also found the staff quite aloof..

Long Stay

Bus service from and to car parks is not as god as Heathrow or Gatwick. Service seems infrequent. Longer wait than baggage reclaim or passing through passport control.

Hello. Dropping my car everything was fine, on my return to pick the car I had a horrible service from this bus driver was a woman. She took to the last stop Premier Inn Hotel, I had asked here I need to go to Maple car park, she was arrogant and ignored me, so I have to walk to the car park pulling 3 suitcases. Very bad. I had left my car very clean but picking it was very dirty...

Frequently Asked Questions

Cancelling a booking is dependent on the type of product booked and the car park type as Non-flexible bookings cannot be cancelled at any time.

Flexible bookings can be cancelled any time after the booking is made, up to 24 hours before your booking arrival date.

There is a £10 cancellation fee, with the balance refunded. unless you took out the waiver fee when booking.

You can make the cancellation yourself by going to the help page and clicking on Cancel Booking

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on bookings that aren’t used due to a vehicle breaking down.

There isn't a discount for booking more than one car but if you have a discount code or promotional email offer then this will be applied to all the cars on the booking.

If you're looking to make a booking to park more than one car at Gatwick then you can easily do this on our website. Simply enter your dates and times, choose the option that best suits you and when you click through to the booking form you'll have the option to "Add a car" and can make a booking for up to 5 vehicles at the same time.

Non-flexible bookings cannot be amended or cancelled.

Flexible bookings can be amended without incurring an amendment fee, however if the amendment results in a price increase ( e.g. a date change), you will be required to pay the additional amount.

You can request the amend by going to our help section and clicking on Amend Booking.

Holders of the Park Mark® award have been risk assessed by a crime prevention officer from the local police. The Safer Parking Scheme is an initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers and is managed by the British Parking Association.

We'll send you an email confirmation following your booking. This will confirm all the details of your booking, including a booking reference, so you can check that everything is ok.

If you didn't receive a booking confirmation email from us, please check your email provider spam/junk folder.

To re-send your booking confirmation, find your booking and select the 'Re-send booking confirmation' option.

It is important to have access to your Booking Confirmation, but you don’t have to print it. You must however ensure it is fully visible on your phone or device, so you can see all the information, directions and procedures you need to follow.

Booking Confirmations are sent upon completion of your booking, so if you don’t see it in your inbox please check your Junk/Spam folder in case it is there. 

You can view or print or resend your confirmation voucher yourself by going to our help section and clicking on  View Booking or Resend Confirmation Email.

If you do not have the booking reference number, you can email us, or call us.

There is no charge to amend your car details.

You can make the change yourself by going to our help section and clicking on Amend Booking.

An invoice showing payment made will be sent to you by separate email from either Worldpay or from PayPal. 

We don't use the parking confirmation as a payment receipt, as they sometimes need to be handed over to the car park.  

You can get a VAT invoice by going to our Help page and clicking on Request VAT Invoice

Most car parks charge per day or part thereof, i.e. they count the day you enter the car park and the day you leave. That means a 7 night trip is 8 calculated as days parking and a 14 night trip will be 15 days parking.

This will depend on the car park you book, but we recommend that you arrive to drop the car off at least minutes 30 minutes prior to your earliest check-in/bag drop time. 

The 'parking from' time on your confirmation is the time slot the car park has allocated you, so it’s important to let us know if you need to change the time, if its more than 24 hours before you are due to park. If it is less than 24 hours before your meet is due, you should call the chauffeurs using the number on your confirmation voucher.

Vehicle Details We can update vehicle details at any point. There is no charge for amending vehicle details.

Dates & Times Most bookings can be changed up to 24 hours before the booked arrival date. However, if you have booked an option marked as Non-refundable or Saver then the dates and times on these options cannot be amended and the booking cannot be cancelled. We are unable to amend details with 24 hours of your booked arrival date.

It's not a problem if your flight back to Stansted is delayed. Your car will be kept safe and you can pay for any additional parking at the car park when you return to collect your vehicle.
