The auto system did not work and I had to push the button and speak to the operative to enter. I later noticed that the reg nr on the ticket was not right as the system read the last digit as 9 instead of 3. Number plate was clean. Though I was able to exit without a problem.

Parking at Belfast City is very expensive, but FHR service was super. Very easy and the best price available.

would help not to have to walk all the way from and to back of car bark with luggage in the rain A shuttle bus might not be a bad idea

Drivers and passengers who do not need 'Blue Badge' parking, continually park in these spaces to drop off, sometimes longer - making them not available for people who DO NEED them. 2 drivers on this occasion were the culprits!! The spaces are so close to the airport that people are lazy and DONT THINK !

My car broke down the night before travelling and unfortunately there was insufficient time to amend the booking . Due to the contractual conditions used by your company I could not transfer my booking to the replacement car. In effect I paid twice, the first payment was at a reduced price ( for my own car )as it was booked online in advance and the second ( for the replacement car ) at full price . I would advise that consumers would appreciate the chance to amend their booking up until the day of travel, even 12 hours before travelling. If this had been the case I would not be out of pocket. A disappointed customer.

Very good service, easy to book and no problems when you get to the Airport. The number of your is recognized and the barrier lifts up and you find a parking spot. Just remember what row you park in for your return, write it down. Would use this service again!!

Frequently Asked Questions
Cancelling a booking is dependent on the type of product booked and the car park type as Non-flexible bookings cannot be cancelled at any time.
Flexible bookings can be cancelled any time after the booking is made, up to 24 hours before your booking arrival date.
There is a £10 cancellation fee, with the balance refunded. unless you took out the waiver fee when booking.
You can make the cancellation yourself by going to the help page and clicking on Cancel Booking
Holders of the Park Mark® award have been risk assessed by a crime prevention officer from the local police. The Safer Parking Scheme is an initiative of the Association of Chief Police Officers and is managed by the British Parking Association.
We'll send you an email confirmation following your booking. This will confirm all the details of your booking, including a booking reference, so you can check that everything is ok.
If you didn't receive a booking confirmation email from us, please check your email provider spam/junk folder.
To re-send your booking confirmation, find your booking and select the 'Re-send booking confirmation' option.
It is important to have access to your Booking Confirmation, but you don’t have to print it. You must however ensure it is fully visible on your phone or device, so you can see all the information, directions and procedures you need to follow.
Booking Confirmations are sent upon completion of your booking, so if you don’t see it in your inbox please check your Junk/Spam folder in case it is there.
You can view or print or resend your confirmation voucher yourself by going to our help section and clicking on View Booking or Resend Confirmation Email.
If you do not have the booking reference number, you can email us, or call us.
There is no charge to amend your car details.
You can make the change yourself by going to our help section and clicking on Amend Booking.
An invoice showing payment made will be sent to you by separate email from either Worldpay or from PayPal.
We don't use the parking confirmation as a payment receipt, as they sometimes need to be handed over to the car park.
You can get a VAT invoice by going to our Help page and clicking on Request VAT Invoice
Most car parks charge per day or part thereof, i.e. they count the day you enter the car park and the day you leave. That means a 7 night trip is 8 calculated as days parking and a 14 night trip will be 15 days parking.
This will depend on the car park you book, but we recommend that you arrive to drop the car off at least minutes 30 minutes prior to your earliest check-in/bag drop time.
Vehicle Details We can update vehicle details at any point. There is no charge for amending vehicle details.
Dates & Times Most bookings can be changed up to 24 hours before the booked arrival date. However, if you have booked an option marked as Non-refundable or Saver then the dates and times on these options cannot be amended and the booking cannot be cancelled. We are unable to amend details with 24 hours of your booked arrival date.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on bookings that aren’t used due to a vehicle breaking down.
It's not a problem if your flight back to Belfast City is delayed. Your car will be kept safe and you can pay for any additional parking at the car park when you return to collect your vehicle.
