What is the drop-off procedure?On arrival, youll be shown where to leave your car and check-in at reception, where youll drop your keys off. Airparks will park your car for you while you catch the shuttle right to the terminal.
What is the pick-up procedure?When you return, the shuttle will pick you up where it dropped you off.

What else do I need to know?Maximum vehicle dimensions: 2m wide x 2.1m high x 5m long. The car park cannot accept any high-sided vehicles, minibuses, mobile homes, lorries, caravans, trailers or vehicles larger than the above maximum dimensions. Vehicles with a taxi license plate can be parked on-site, but cannot use the Return Greet or Meet and Greet services offered by Airparks.

Directions for Airparks Drop & Go Electric ChargeRemember to leave your own charging cable on the passenger seat of your vehicle so the car park can charge it while youre away.
If you have a charging timer, please ensure its been de-activated.
And, if there are any special particular requirements regarding electrical charging, please inform a member of our team.
Directions to the car park
- Leave the M42 at junction 6 and take the A45 towards the airport.
- Pass through one set of traffic lights. You'll see the Holiday Inn on the right.
- Pass through another set of traffic lights.
- At the third traffic lights, go straight on, passing Morrisons on your left.
- At the next traffic lights, get into the right hand lane, following signs for Garretts Green.
- Take a right onto Sheaf Lane.
- At the roundabout, take the third exit.
- After half a mile, turn left onto Mackadown Lane.
- Airparks will be on the left, just before the railway bridge.
When you reach the car park, the barrier will lift automatically and youll be able to drive straight to the drop-off area. Remember to take note of your lane number.
Check in at reception or, if you prefer, use one of the self-service kiosks. Youll be given a ticket that youll need to keep until you return.
Drop your keys into the key-drop box outside reception and catch the shuttle bus to the terminal.
The shuttle is included in the price, has free wifi on-board, and runs every 25 minutes, 24/7. The journey takes around 12-14 minutes.
Catch the shuttle bus from where it dropped you off.
Back at the car park, go to the Check-out shelter with your ticket and follow the instructions on the key dispenser which will return your keys and tell you where your car is parked.
If you lose your ticket, dont worry. Simply take your photo ID to reception where help is always on hand should you need it.

If you return early, you will need to contact the car park directly to give them as much notice as possible. If you don't, there may be a delay before you get your car back. We can't offer you a refund for any booked parking that you don't use.
