Not too far from airport only marked it down as busses couldn’t cope with return demand everything else was great

Reception was definitely more efficient than when I visited there in Sept. ‘22 Transfer bus driver was very helpful en route to the airport, handled my luggage at the park and at drop off. Booked with you as your website was working and APH’s wasn’t!

Waited ages to pick up return bus, overcrowded as a consequence, otherwise pleased. Staff excellent

Good reliable service - drive in someone to meet us take our keys and explained everything. The transfer was smooth as was the return on returning there is a locker system, scan your receipt, which informs you the locker number your key is in and where to find your car. Painless would definitely use again

Transfers to and from the airport were prompt. Drivers welcoming and chatty, wishing us a good holiday/safe flight or a welcome back. Especially liked the retrieval of your own car key from the box. Very good price too.

car park is in the middle of popular area so in rush hours could be a problem

the car park is very well run by very professional and pleasant staff who go out of their way to help. My sat nav took me to the location . ( im not used to driving around Birmingham) so was a little difficult with all the roundabouts .

This booking worked well for us with minimal delays both going out and returning. With buses only going every 25 minutes, we were fortunate to avoid any long waits which are a factor in our choice of airport parking.

Excellent price, quick and easy to park and return.

We had difficulty retrieving our car key and had to get the bus driver to help. Being dyslexic five seconds to retrieve our key is not sufficient time to read all the instructions and then get the key . The bus driver said this has been happening ever since they have introduced this system . But the overall experience was good .

We had problems finding our way there,also finding our way back home.the parking was ok.

This is the 2nd time we've used Airparks parking. It's pretty straightforward & convenient. Be sure to leave around 25-30 mins to get to the airport.
