Car Park 1 - Flex Plus (N)

Very badly designed car park and no covered walkway to the terminal. Only reason to book is that its the nearest to the terminal

The website was clear and easy to use. Parking fee was competitive. Easy to find the car park and lots of spaces once you got there. Car park was right next to airport, just had to cross the road and you were there. Would highly recommend.

Easy to find, ideal location being directly opposite departures terminal.

Booking was a good experience. A bit difficult to find a space to park but we got one eventually. But leaving the parking facility was very challenging at about 4am. Very dim lighting and signage was extremely poor, especially when you don't know the area. This could impact on any future decisions about when to fly.

The only thing which i found the most disruptive was trying to find a parking bay it took me nearly 45 minutes to accomplish this. As this was very distressful even though i had given my self plenty of time. But on the whole found the car park okay one suggestion is to let people know that the bay no are on the floor and they also need redoing.

Very pleased with FHR. My flight times were changed pre departure and they gave helpful advice on changing my booking. Return flight was then delayed but everything still went smoothly.

Worked perfectly well for our needs, straight in, close to terminal, and straight out - no messing. Will use again.

No problems at all even tho we were 3hours late landing next extra charge

There were issues on leaving the car park. The barriers would not recognise my car and would not open. I pressed the help button only for the first operator to disconnect me. The second operator was very helpful and opened the barrier. I have used this car park several times without issu but sadly not on this occasion
