We are now operating as a ticketless car park. You no longer need to push for a ticket, our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) cameras will read your registration number to raise the barriers automatically.Press assistance button if needed.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you are back at the car park, drive to the exit where the barrier will raise automatically to allow exit. If the barrier does not raise it may be that you have overstayed or parked in the incorrect car park.Press assistance button if needed.

What security measures does the car park have?

This car park has CCTV cameras, high perimeter fencing and is patrolled regulary.

What else do I need to know?

Please note: This car park does not accept vans, minibuses, motor homes, caravans and trailers. Bays for Orange Badge Holders are provided, but not guaranteed. Please ask staff via intercom on arrival for details. There are disabled car parking spaces and for those with larger vehicles, no height restrictions.

Leave the M42 at junction 6 and proceed along the A45 following the signs to the airport. On arrival at the airport follow the signs for Car Park 5.

Birmingham Airport Car Park 5 is located to the south of Terminal 2 and a courtesy shuttle bus regularly operates for your convenience. This car park is located within a 10 minute walk of the terminal building.

Arrivals Procedure:

We are now operating as a ticketless car park. You no longer need to push for a ticket, our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) cameras will read your registration number to raise the barriers automatically.

It is important that you provide us with the correct registration number at the point of booking, otherwise our cameras won't be able to recognise your booking.

Please ensure you park in Car Park 5 to avoid any additional charges.

Should you require any help, please press the assistance button and a member of our customer service team will be happy to assist you. The assistance button is located on the entrance column.

Returns Procedure:

Once you are back at the car park, drive to the exit where the barrier will raise automatically to allow exit.
If the barrier does not raise, it may be that you have overstayed or parked in the incorrect car park.

Any overstay will be charged at the standard tariff. You can pay any additional charges at the exit lane with your card.

Please make sure you choose the correct lane for payment and have your registration number ready to quote.

There is a 3 hour grace period allowed to get back to your vehicle from your booked return time. After that time you may be subject to an overstay charge by the airport.
