When we arrived at the car park they had no information or acceptance of my booking and I had to fill forms in again which was a pain because all in all it took 20 minutes to sort it out.They claim they had not received my booking from FHR.Who knows,but on my return I had no problems picking my keys and car up.

Excellent, efficient service. Staff were respectful and friendly. Upon return to the country and calling to inform them of landing, the phonecall was answered immediately, the staff member was lovely and car was ready by the time we arrived to collect. Would highly recommend using this service and will 100% use them for our next holiday

Directions for Car Park 7 Flex Plus
Follow the M42 to Junction 6. From Junction 6 follow the A45 to Birmingham. When you see the control tower on the right, move to the right hand lane. At the lights take the right hand filter into terminal way, signposted Air Cargo Centre/Gateway Estate/Hotel. Take the second right onto Falcon Way and the car park entrance is 300 meters along the road on the left.On Arrival
Take your ticket at the entry barrier, park in the designated drop off zone, and then go to the manned cabin near the entrance to check in and drop off your keys. Our colleagues will then park your car for you. You can then catch the courtesy bus to the terminal from the cabin. It runs up to 4 times each hour, taking around 5-10 minutes.
Exit Instructions
Go to the marked stop outside the terminal building where our courtesy bus will collect you. Your car will be ready to collect, go into the manned cabin to retrieve your keys. At the exit barrier insert your exit ticket, which will be given to you when you collect your car and the barrier will be raised.
If there are any problems getting in or out of the car park, press the button for assistance and someone will help you.

Pre-book overstays are charged at £10.00 per day or part thereof
If your vehicle sustains damage while in the Car Park, your vehicle is stolen or any possessions are stolen from your vehicle while it is in the Car Park you should immediately inform either a member of staff at the Car Park or otherwise notify our Customer Services Department on the number on your confirmation 0
In the case of theft, immediately inform the police; and notify your insurers promptly.
Any claims against the car park or complaints about the service you have received, should be addressed to the Customer Services Department at National Car Parks Limited. The address is available at www.ncp.co.uk. In the case of a claim, full details should be provided to us as soon as possible.

Is this parking fully refundable in the event We can’t travel? is my car protected against and damage from your drivers please, considering they will be driving and parking it? Thank youOur booking Terms and Conditions re as follows: You can cancel up to 48 hours before arrival date and you can have a credit to the full amount of the booking, or request a refund minus the 10GBP cancellation fee. You can take out the cancellation waiver 1.49 GBP at the time of booking (ask us to add this when making your new booking) and all other fees get refunded. You can amend the booking to new dates up to 48 hours before arrival date. if the new dates are more expensive, you would just pay the difference.
