Return bus service atrocious, waited over 1 hour for pick up

It couldn't have been easier. Chose Car Park 7 which is just out on the outskirts of the airport - but directly over the road from the Travel Lodge where we were staying so ideal for us. We had to leave very early in the morning - about 3am, but the bus stop again is directly in front of the hotel (literally 30 seconds walk - and the buses to the terminal run every 15 mins) The cheapest option being furthest away, but one of the easiest, carpark - hotel - bus stop - departures I've had.

Easy to book online, easy to find and very reasonably priced. No problems on arrival or departure. Staff very helpful and polite. Will definately use again. Seen some bad comments but can only think these happened on a bad day!

The worst I have ever had on our return after a near 2hrs wait in the freezing cold we found from another passenger our shuttle had broke down and it was now a white van who parked nowhere near the bus stop so we couldn't see the tiny piece of card on is dash bored I seen that van pull in and pull out empty at least 4 time I phoned no on invoice for them to tell they dont know anything ore can do anything

Absolute disaster couldn’t find car park 7 due to total lack of signage and road works . Sat Nav could not find car park using the post code given on your instructions I wasted so much time trying to find the car park we had to park in car park 5 at a cost of £300 otherwise we would have missed flights We even asked attendants at car park 6 who did not know where car park 7 was situated A complete and utter waste of money

Everything was great until we tried to leave. I went back to the guy at the kiosk and he said I’d gone over my time and needed to pay the fee again. I showed him my booking to prove I still had time before my booking expired and eventually he agreed. I then had to have a couple of the guys come & override the machine so we could get out. I just wonder how many other people don’t question it & just pay again. ??

Absolutely fantastic service!! Very helpful.. was right by the bus stop to the airport and My car was waiting for me when I landed! No waiting around at all and very friendly staff. Will 100% book again in april for our next holiday. Stress free!!
