What is the drop-off procedure?

Drive up to the barrier and a camera will read your licence plate and confirm your booking. Take a green ticket and the barrier will lift. Keep your ticket safe as you'll need it for when you leave. Please ensure you have your FHR confirmation

What is the pick-up procedure?

Head towards the short stay to collect your car. At the barrier insert your green ticket. Press the intercom button if you have any problems.

Very smooth operation. Arrived at the entrance and the car was recognised and a ticket given. Plenty of parking available. Took two minutes to walk to the departure door. Upon arrival back, packed up the car and went straight to the exit barrier (not having to queue to pay), inserted the ticket and left.

Directions for Short Stay Car Park

From Bristol, travel south along the A38 for around 8 miles.

Shortly after you pass School lane, you'll come to a roundabout and you'll need to take the second exit, following the sign for Bristol airport.

As you drive down towards the terminal building, you'll see the Short Stay car park on your right, next to the Premier car park.

Upon arrival at the Short Stay car park - The car park operates using an automatic registration plate barrier so when you arrive, if you have given your number plate with your booking, the barrier will open for you. We recommend you also bring a copy of your confirmation with you and if you have any problems, just press the intercom button. Park your car and then just walk to the terminal keeping your keys.

Upon your return - When you arrive back to Bristol Airport, collect your luggage and make your way back to the car park. Load up and head to the exit, insert your ticket and continue your journey home.
