Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Drive to the car park and take a ticket at the barrier. Park in an arrival bay and head to reception to check your car in and hand over your keys. From there, it's a 1-minute walk to the terminal.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Walk back to reception where your car will be waiting. You'll be given your keys and be able to head home.

What security measures does the car park have?

24/7 CCTV coverage, secure fencing and are monitored 24 hours a day. accredited with the 'Park Mark' Award by the British Parking AssociationAwarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

Once you've dropped your car off with us, we'll look after it for you and make sure it's ready and waiting for you on your return home. We're less than a one minute walk from the terminal building. We'll look after your car like it's our own...we also have start-of-the-art image capturing facilities that makes sure that we know of any existing damage, scuffs or marks to your vehicle when you first check-in.

Directions for Meet & Greet (H)

On arrival

When you arrive at the barrier your registration will be automatically read and the barrier will rise.

Once through both barriers, head to the Meet and Greet reception where you'll hand over your car keys. The driver will park your car while you take the 1-minute walk to the terminal.

When you return
Walk back to reception where your car will be waiting. You'll be given your keys and be able to head home.

This car park is suitable for customers with limited mobility as there is no need for a shuttle bus. If you've booked airport assistance make sure you call them when you arrive.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 3 hours at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £10 per day. Please note this is subject to change.

Most standard cars, including motor homes, (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
