Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Follow signs for Long Stay Car Park at the entrance barriers please take an admission ticket.Drive through the car park to the "Meet and Greet" zone which is the nearest possible parking point to the airport's main terminal within the Long Stay.

What is the pick-up procedure?

On return call the chauffeur hotline when you've got your luggage back, or when you clear security if you didn't check-in hold baggage. Your car will then be brought to meet you at the airport parking pick-up point.

What security measures does the car park have?

Your car is collected at the Long Stay Car Park by an insured driver, then parked in a secured compound with CCTV for the duration of your holiday.

What else do I need to know?

Very welcoming however meet and great car park was full even though booked in advance. Great service friendly staff however when arrived back was sat in car with engine running using up fuel needed for getting home hiwever would use again

I phoned on the way to the airport to say we was on the way. The lady met us in car park a few minutes later. I accidentally left my phone in the car but needed it for my covid pass. I called them & within a few minutes the lady was back in the car park with my phone. When we landed I called & the car was back with us within 10 minutes. Perfect service. Thank you

We have used this company twice in the past month from Doncaster Airport and they have been excellent both times. No excessive waiting on departure or arrival. The staff especially Tracey are very accommodating. We had our return flight cancelled this time and had to arrange for someone to pick up our car as we were returning to a different airport. Tracey helped arrange this with no fuss. Excellent customer service and would definitely recommend.

Please call the 24 hrs mobile the number on your confirmation 0, at least 24 hrs before departure to confirm there have been no changes to your expected arrival at the airport.

Please note, this parking is not run by the airport, so please only hand over your vehicle to the chauffeur from platinum parking.

Also please call Platinum Parking 15 minutes before your arrival as they appreciate arrival times can change en-route.


DIRECTIONS: Follow signs for Robin Hood Airport.

At the airport please follow signs for the "Long Stay Car Park" (located opposite the Ramada Hotel) and at the entrance barriers to the car park please take an admission ticket. This ticket both on entrance and exit allows 15 minutes "free parking" to complete both pick up and drop off for the client.

On passing through the barriers please drive through the car park to the "Meet and Greet" zone which is the nearest possible parking point to the airport's main terminal within the Long Stay Car Park. There you will be met by a Platinum Parking representative.

In this secure area luggage can be conveniently and safely unloaded and immediately after the vehicle will be driven to Platinum Parking's secure, CCTV controlled, offsite compound. The drop off area is also conveniently sited directly opposite departures.

Our staff have Platinum Parking jackets and the paperwork will be headed with Platinum Parking - you will be given the top sheet (triplicate paperwork) when you leave your car.

It's easy, quick and hassle-free - just what you need after a long flight. Simply call the chauffeur hotline when you've got your luggage back - or when you clear security if you didn't check-in hold baggage.
