Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

30 minutes prior to arrival at the airport, call the chauffeur on the number on your confirmationand they will arrange to meet you at the Short Stay 1, row C next to the pay station at the airport. Once there, they will check the details of your return.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Simply call the chauffeur on your return on the number on your confirmation. Let them know you have collected your luggage and cleared customs. They will be waiting at Short Stay 1, row C next to the pay station area at given time.

What security measures does the car park have?

What else do I need to know?

Please arrive at least 30 mins before your earliest recommended check in time. Airport charges payable at the drop off / Collection £6 for 30mins. We accept cash / All major cards except Amex. Car Park accepts larger vehicles ie. Camper Van, 18ft long, 10ft high. If it fits into a normal car parking space. No long-based vehicles or over 2 meters wide.

Absolutely awful .If I could I would give no stars .Despite paying for the parking additional charges were demanded of 12 pounds .The car was not waiting for us when we arrived back after a long flight .Dreadful service and expensive with the additional on the spot charges . Would not use again.

Drop off of car was quick and easy. Disappointing wait when picking up. Over 20 minutes from calling through. Also had to pay airport parking charges twice. This has been included in the price previously.

Good service was overall good. Very easy had to wait abit on arrival for them to collect my car from me as they said they was short on staff at the time. Only bad thing They just didn’t pass information on that I’d changed my arrival time and update it so they connected that morning to ask where I was I explained I’d phoned and spoken to someone that I’d changed my time on arrival. But they did say it was fine they just will have to change where we dropping the car off.

Would recommend updating website about airport car park charges as they are not accurate. Operator on phone was professional and easy to talk with, explained all in’s and out’s. Car pick up was smooth. We landed earlier then expected, car was delivered to designated area within 20mins from landing. Special Thank You for Derek (I believe thats his name) who was driver delivering car. He made sure car is warm, because we landed little night time, car was nice and warm. Accidentally we forgot one of out bags in car park, on the way home we got a call from him, waiting outside airport with our bag, we came and he handed over to us. Absolutely legend. Well deserved for a praise. Overall service was excellent and will be using them again.

Couldn’t fault the service,there to meet us.The only downside was having to go couple hundred yards on the return in pouring rain,don’t think anyone comes from a holiday with water proofs.

Directions for FHR Summer Special Meet & Greet

On Arrival
30 minutes prior to arrival at the airport, call the chauffeur on the number on your confirmation and they will arrange to meet you at the Short Stay1 at the airport. Once there, they will check the details of your return. Our representative will make a brief video of your vehicle upon collection and take your car to be stored in our car park for the duration of your trip.
When you approach the terminal, stay in the extreme left -hand lane (Marked Short Stay 1) follow the lane and park in row C next to the pay station where our staff will meet you.
Airport charges payable at the drop off / Collection £6 for 30 mins. We accept cash / All major cards except Amex.
Car Park accepts larger vehicles ie. Camper Van, 18ft long, 10ft high. If it fits into a normal car parking space. No long-based vehicles or over 2 meters wide.


On return
Simply call the chauffeur on your return on the number on your confirmation . Let them know you have collected your luggage and cleared customs. They will be waiting at Short Stay 1-row C next to the pay station area with your vehicle at given time.
On leaving Short Stay 1 area you would pay airport charges £6.00 at the barrier or at pay station.
