Well sign posted and easy to get there. Car park was very busy and it took a few minutes to find a space. Parking spaces are not defined and ground was a little bit rough for my rollator but I managed ok. Bus service to and from the airport was excellent with friendly drivers.

Have used this service previously. Drive up to the barrier, ANPR allows you entry, park up, take photo so you can remember where it is when you return, keys stay with you, hustle bus (every 20 minutes) to terminal. Reverse order on return when ANPR lifts barrier to exit. Effortless & secure.

The parking at jet parks 1 was easy to find the post code takes you right to it from the motorway your car is fine all the time that you are away on your holidays the transfer bus runs 24hrs a day and from car to terminal takes no more than 10 minutes I would use it again

No problem finding the car park. Had a problem getting in, your system did not recognize the registration no, were let in manually. As a result we did not have a token to get out and had to be let out manually. Otherwise all ok. transfer to and from the airport terminal was prompt. Will use you again.

Parking is ok but find a lot of the so called bays taken up by other users using 2 parking bays would be better if you had a designated bay number for example A1

Excellent system to park car securely whilst away - the process to have the Number Plate recognised on arrival and departure was simple and efficient - no need to hand keys over and the shuttle buses are regular - hassle free parking - well done and would not hesitate recommending to friends and family .

I was confused by the renaming of all the car parks at EMA and didn’t realise that the parking we booked was a long, long way from the terminal however as usual the service from FHR was excellent, just the wrong place for us on this occasion!

Directions for Jet Parks 1

Important

During hot weather we recommend that removing all alcohol-based hand sanitiser products from vehicles when they are not occupied as they pose a risk of igniting and causing a fire.

From the North leave the M1 at Junction 24 and, following the signs to the airport, take the
A453 for approximately 1/2 mile. Turn right into the airport.
From the South leave the M1 at Junction 23a and follow the signs to the airport.
From the West follow A50 to J24 then follow the signs to East Midlands Airport

Before your arrival at the Airport please ensure you have your booking reference details with you. Upon arrival at the airport, Long stay car parks are clearly signposted but entering the site at the main entrance, turn left at the first roundabout following the road until the next roundabout. Proceed straight on, reaching a third roundabout. Turn left and at the next roundabout turn left again. At the fifth roundabout, go straight to Jet Parks 1 (formerly Shuttle Economy 1 and Car Park 7).

Drive up to the entrance barrier for your chosen car park and stop
The Automatic Number Plate Recognition system (ANPR) will read your vehicles number plate, verify this against your booking details and the barrier should then open automatically. Please note, this process may take up to 30 to 40 seconds to happen
If for any reason the barrier does not open after this time, please press the Assistance button and a member of staff will confirm your booking details with you and subsequently open the barrier to allow you entry
Please DO NOT press for a ticket to gain access to the car park, as this is not required and doing so will disable the ANPR system in relation to your booking

A courtesy coach service operates to provide transport to and from the Terminal Building, please allow 20 minutes for the transfer. Airline recommended check-in times are usually 2 hours prior to departure.

On exiting the car park:
Proceed straight to the exit barrier and stop
The ANPR system will read your vehicles number plate, verify this against your booking details and the barrier should then open automatically. Please note, this process may take up to 30 to 40 seconds to happen
If for any reason the barrier does not open after this time, please press the Assistance button and a member of staff will confirm your booking details with you(which will be the ref. starting in the comments section of your voucher) and subsequently open the barrier to allow you exit
Please DO NOT in any circumstance insert your credit card or debit card into the barrier as a further payment will be taken

All buses are DDA compliant - they are able to accommodate wheelchairs

Important: This voucher is only valid for the car park booked and is non refundable within 24 hours prior to the use date.
