What is the drop-off procedure?

Drive up to the machine at the entrance barrier for your chosen car park and a ticket will be automatically issued. This is an On-Airport car park. You will not be required to leave your keys.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Drive up to the machine After collecting your luggage, proceed to the arrivals hall and turn left between the information desk and Spar shop for your return bus. At the exit barrier insert your ticket and the barrier should raise automatically.

no probs on arrival at car park . Waited for bus transfer for only a couple of minutes. return transfer, again only a few minutes wait but on exit of car park barrier did not raise and a few minutes I pressed the button and up it went. Good service indeed

Prebooking online very user friendly. Immediate email confirmation. Informative wrt location, how to find parking, what will happen at gate. Very good value for money wrt price paid. Car park easy to find. Bus turned up promptly. Accommodating wrt delayed return flight. Was able to change registration number of car very easily by telephone. We were not sure where to find the parking bay of returning bus service. Staff at office very helpfull.

Good carparking area a couple of minor problems security gate cameras not recognising my number plate resulting in having to look for reservation number along wait for bus and very crowded bus on return

Great value 'On airport' parking. Signing could be clearer but put this down to airport expansion and renovation, The instructions on your letter didn't agree with what actually happened. It is necessary to take the ticket to open the barrier, however number plate recognition worked upon return. All in all a good experience, very satisfied and will use again

Good value for money only let down on return pick up bus didn't display long stay 4 car park only by chance the driver told others waiting he was going to long stay 4

I have used your company before and had no issues with the service. On this occasion it was likewise a trouble free experience. Once I entered the car park I found a space straight away and the bus was there to pick me up within 5 minutes of waiting at the bus stop. The driver was pleasant. On my return the bus was waiting on the stand at arrivals. Again a good experience on my way back to the car.

Stopped at long stay 4 car park east mids car park didn't recognise my number plate and therefore had to ring and wait for entry but this happens to me every time I use this car park

close to the airport, regular transfer bus, remember to look at the row where you parked as not easy to see in the dark on your return. Also check which bus stop you get on at in the car park otherwise a long walk. Note - the bus picks you up at the "bus station" outside arrivals and not at departures as we were told by the driver. Value for money, would book again.

The whole process worked perfectly and we were pleased by the whole experience. We used car park 4 which is a good way from the terminal, so it is best to wait for the bus.

Company would of got 5/5 but fell at the post as the driver on our inward coach didn't advise us to make a note of which stop we had got on.! No fun trolling around at 11pm in the dark trying to find our car after your flight back as we didn't know there was more than one bus stop in the long stay car park 4..

I was pleased with the price - this was the cheapest I found this car park. We had no real problems but the instructions stated to drive up to the barrier and wait - and the automatic number plate recognition system would read our number plate and open the barrier. They also stated that the same would happen on our return. This didn't actually happen - nothing happened when we drove up so we pressed the buzzer and was told we'd need to give our booking reference upon departure. This wasn't a problem for us and worked ok but just thought it might be useful to point out that the instructions didn't match what actually happened.

Did worry about it being so far but regular bus service dedicated to long stay 4 made it very easy. When we went to pick up car on return could have done without bus drivers remarks when he said good luck and drove off because we had forgotten where we had parked. Luckily we found the car within 10 minutes so not really a hassle but if we hadn't we would not have known what to do with worrying about overstaying! Apart from that, car was fine, transport and costs fine. Just next time would write down which section we parked!!!

Long stay 4 is further from the terminals than it looks on the map but a bus came within a few minutes on both the outward and return journey.

The car park was easy to find but the paperwork was quite confusing. The confirmation e mail advised that when arriving at the car park my vehicle number plate would be read and the barrier would automatically lift. I was advised not to take a ticket from the machine as doing so would interrupt the above procedures. On arrival at the car park the barrier did not lift so I had to press the call button to seek advice and was instructed to take a ticket from the machine!. I was then told the procedures had altered. Should the paperwork not have been amended to reflect this to avoid confusion?.

Directions for Long Stay 1

Important
You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.

From Monday 15th June 2020 it is compulsory for guests to wear face coverings on public transport. Please be advised your upcoming parking booking includes a transfer bus to your terminal. Therefore please ensure you come aware and prepared to wear a face covering. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

During hot weather we recommend that removing all alcohol-based hand sanitiser products from vehicles when they are not occupied as they pose a risk of igniting and causing a fire.

Directions
Exit the M1 or A42 onto the A453. Follow the road until you reach the main entrance to the airport. Turn right into the airport. At the first roundabout, take the first exit. Carry straight on at the next roundabout, and take the first exit at the third roundabout. Go straight on at the fourth roundabout and follow the road until you reach a junction. Long Stay 1 is located on your left.

On arrival at the car park:
Drive up to the entrance barrier for your chosen car park and stop
The Automatic Number Plate Recognition system (ANPR) will read your vehicles number plate, verify this against your booking details and the barrier should then open automatically. Please note, this process may take up to 30 to 40 seconds to happen
If for any reason the barrier does not open after this time, please press the Assistance button and a member of staff will confirm your booking details with you and subsequently open the barrier to allow you entry
Please DO NOT press for a ticket to gain access to the car park, as this is not required and doing so will disable the ANPR system in relation to your booking
On exiting the car park:
Proceed straight to the exit barrier and stop
The ANPR system will read your vehicles number plate, verify this against your booking details and the barrier should then open automatically. Please note, this process may take up to 30 to 40 seconds to happen
If for any reason the barrier does not open after this time, please press the Assistance button and a member of staff will confirm your booking details with you (which will be the ref. starting EH in the comments section of your voucher) and subsequently open the barrier to allow you exit
Please DO NOT in any circumstance insert your credit card or debit card into the barrier as a further payment will be taken
