everything went as planned arrived at car park booked in bus came in 5 mins took us to airport,when returning we got lucky as the bus was delivering passengers as we were walking up to bus stop aok

Rather grumpy guy to welcome us at 5.00am. He became the source of amusement for the other passengers waiting for the transfer bus. I dropped my car off at 5.00am in an immaculate condition and when collected later that day it appeared to have been hosed down with dirty water and the windscreen was very greasy.

Even having parked here previously, it is notoriously difficult to locate as there are very few signs and it is tucked away behind industrial buildings. Both of my experiences have been met with grumpy men in the office. The drivers are always very pleasant and helpful and in turn, I usually tip them. Upon my return, I called the lot immediately upon retrieving my bags but received voice email and left a message and then made my way to the pickup area. I waited a good 10 mins and when I finally arrived at the lot to pickup my car, there was no one in the office. I waited, called out several times, walked around the lot but could not locate a single soul! I finally found the agent in the rear washing a car. I understand it was a Sunday but all told, from the time I called for the shuttle to the time I left the lot, a good 30+ mins had passed. I was tired and just wanted to get home!

The service was good but the experience from the transfer to the airport is why there are not 5 stars. The driver was rude, disrespectful to my wife and other passengers and his driving skills questionable. We had experience of this same driver when we used the facility previously and complained then too. Clearly customer feedback is not taken into consideration.

Directions to the park was accurate got there no problem. Check in was fast and all the staff were frendly. Only concern the distance to the drop off and pick up point seems to get further every time I use this service.

All good except directions could have been clearer. We found an incorrectly named road and don't know the area at all so a map as well as written wold have helped. Would have got four stars if map provided.

The car parking itself was very good and efficient, the bus driver was very helpful and went out of his way to assist us when we couldn't find the car park on arrival, better directions from the forth Road bridge are required though!

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.
From the Newbridge roundabout:
Take turnoff for McDonalds (Clifton Hall Road) take 1st left into Harvest Road and go under the bridge and then take 1st left for Ratho Station (Harvest Drive) follow the road around for 400 yds and take 1st left into Queen Anne Drive and pass the Newbridge Bond and the car park entrance is straight ahead.
Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommended check-in time.
From Edinburgh and east
Take the Glasgow road heading for the Newbridge roundabout- just before the walk over bridge take 1st left into Ratho Station -take 2nd right into Station Road and then 1st Right into Queen Anne Drive ( just at SSE ) and the car park entrance is straight ahead.
Please note the transfer buses are not accessible by wheelchairs.
Please use the Flying Scot Courtesy phones inside the baggage reclaim or at the main front doors and use the Freephone number printed on the boards to call and advise the car park that you are ready for collection.
Make your way out to stand 5 in the coach park ( where you were dropped off) .The buses will collect you there and take you back to your car .
All vehicles are inspected on arrival at the car park by a member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff. Any customer not present at the inspection of their own vehicle agrees to the report submitted by the member of Lowcost/Flying Scot Edinburgh staff and therefore cannot claim at a later date for any damage on this report. Insurance cover can be arranged, if prior notification is given for a joint external inspection cost (£5.00) and please allow extra (30mins) for the checkin to be done in time before departure. Otherwise your car would be parked under your own insurance and at your own risk.
