Easy to find, very close to the airport

Efficient and courteous but parking spaces tight.

Car park is not tarmac just shingle/stone. The spaces are VERY small making it difficult to manoeuvre into/out of them. Much of one of the parking areas is taken over by a car hire company who clearly find people having paid to park beside them a bit of a pest judging by our conversation with them. The bus to and from the airport is easy if a little small, the ticketing at the barrier worked - always a plus. But I wouldn't use again as there are plenty other better laid out, better surfaced car parks serving Edinburgh Airport.

No problems with pick up or drop off. Cat park was very full and tight so need to be careful reversing out . However I would use again

Great car park. Easy to find. Bus was waiting for us both times so no hanging around.

The new number recognition worked a treat. We found a space quickly and the bus was at the pick up point when we arrived. On our return we had less than five minutes to wait for the transport and the ticket meant we “let ourselves out” . Very efficient. I have often used Scotpark and will definitely use again.

Really pleased with this car park. Easy to find and everything worked like clockwork. Transfers to and from the airport were waiting for us, left promptly and took only a few minutes. Validating the ticket on return took seconds and we were quickly back at the car. On initial arrival I was concerned that I was not in the correct place as the entrance suggests a daily rate but at the gate it tells you what to do if you have prepaid so don’t worry, just follow the instructions. I will definitely use this car park again and will recommend to others.

Instructions changed due to some work being done at the time. We needed to collect a ticket and this wasn’t clear until we tried to get out of the car park on our return. But apart from these minor points, this was easilybooked and straightforward. Would us this car park again. Staff were helpful and buses regular.

So easy to book, reasonably priced and I found the email sent a few days before the parking date with all the booking details on it to be reassuring that everything was in place and okay

The car park wasnt easy to find as sign posting not easily seen just pure luck we ended up in the right place,good price and shuttle bus very good.

Not well sign posted so I ended in wrong car park when I returned from my trip I had a bill of £165 so be careful!!!!!!!
