Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in time *** The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus. Helpful staff. Return pick up from airport good have been a bit quicker, unfortunately a few groups waiting. But proximity to airport god, so wait is fairly short.

We have parked at Cophall for many years. This time was an absolute shambles. On our out journey we had to sit in an old bus, no heating with doors open. Very unpleasant and felt not welcome. On return journey we got the same old bus which was not suitable for purpose. It was overcrowded no room for baggage and 2 families had push chairs . It was like a 3rd world experience. GET RID OF THAT BUS.

Absolutely excellent - from the girls behind the desk to being transferred to and from the airport. I thought I would have 25% off. The price was much more expensive than before. I paid £89 for one week? Please advise why so much. Maybe as we had 4 persons. Thank you.

Everything was great however my one complaint is they left my head lights on. Don’t think they were left on for very long cause my battery is fine but would have been a disaster if that drained my battery.

Just missed getting on the minibus when we arrived, so had to wait 20 minutes, but that was to be expected. Cophall now run by Maple - let's hope they don't ruin the experience. Lovely driver collected us from South Terminal. Very polite and helpful.

We have used Cophall for many years , but not any more , disappointed by lack of customer care and can’t be bothered attitude, especially not putting a step down for people to step on to some one will fall and then you have a problem, used to be totally on the ball from start to finish .

Cophall Parking Gatwick - Bikes, Golf Clubs, Surf boards & Skis can be transferred upon request. The reception area at Cophall is wheelchair friendly and they have a disabled toilet on site, however although wheelchairs can be transferred on the bus, passengers would need to be able to step up into the bus.


FROM M23: Exit at Jct. 10, take exit signed East Grinstead (A264). Go straight over at the 1st new roundabout and straight over at the 2nd roundabout by the Copthorne Hotel and continue for approximately one and a half miles (you will pass a Petrol station on your right). At next roundabout (Dukes Head) take first exit, signed Lingfield, at next roundabout, turn left onto B2037. After approx. ¼ of a mile you will pass the Curious Pig Pub on your left and Cophall Parking Gatwick is the next turning on your right.

FROM M25: Exit at Junction 7 for the M23 - as above

Do you have far to walk to your car when you return? I will be on my own and wondering if I would have to walk miles to my car with cases at 6am after an all night flightYou will collect your car from the reception area on return, so no need to go looking for it in the car park
Is a Kia Sportage considered a standard size vehicle?Yes a Kia Sportage is classed as a regular  standard type vehicle as it fits into a normal car parking space
I hv accdently deleted my email for parking on the 14may to 25may of May, my car reg is gv14 ppu, my name is Michele Dougan, please could u send me an email with all the details so I can print it, thank you, YOu need to contact Cophall as the booking has not been made with FHR
