Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommend check-in timeThere is a maximum vehicle height limit of 2.4 metres or 7 1/2 feet at this car park. APH will retain your car keys. The transfer coaches are unable to accommodate surfboards, skis,windsurfing equipment, bikes or similar large items. The vehicle will be kept in one of the APH car parks and may be driven between car parks by fully insured drivers.

APH where really good & such good service & where quick to pick us up . As for Coppull parking very disappointed as we always used them , but where not informed of there closer until we arrived early hours of the morning to find there place in total darkness & stated to panic until we noticed very small sign given us a number to ring , could have let us know by email about them being closed.

Although the booking and later amendment of dates was easy enough there were problems when I arrived and departed. I amended my booking to extend my stay by one night. I asked was there an additional charge for this and was told in an email. 'The price was the same.' On arrival at APH I was told they had no record of the amendment even though I had a copy of the email confirming it. They also advised me there would be an additional charge of £8. I showed them the email confirming the 'The price was the same' and they reluctantly agreed. On my return I was again told there was £8 to pay, I again showed them the email and was told that this was something I need to take up with FHR. I politely refused and told them this is something they need to take up with FHR. Unfortunately this has left a nasty taste in my mouth and I will have to think hard about booking again which is a pity as I have used FHR several times a year for many years.

From Start to finish very efficient service on our return journey from the Gatwick on 9/12/21 at 10.40 pm the driver of pick up bus was so helpful and pleasant when the weather was heavy rain he could not have been more helpful to all passengers the Gentleman is a credit to the Company and hope that he gets informed of his helpfulness and gets recondition 5 star ⭐️ Mr and Mrs Bloom

Due to the travel restrictions imposed by COVID-19 and the severe loss of Gatwick travellers - the decision has been made to continue to combine resources and partner with APH Parking – who will provide the car park space and the shuttle transfers to and from Gatwick, for Cophall customers.

For your reference - the telephone number for the Reception at APH is the number on your confirmation

Directions to APH / Cophall Car Park, Copthorne Road, RH10 3PD:

Leave M23 at Junction 10 (East Grinstead).

If Southbound, take the 1st exit on the roundabout (A264 - Copthorne Way).

OR

If Northbound, take the 3rd exit on the roundabout (A264 - Copthorne Way).

Head straight over the first roundabout (2nd exit).
At the next roundabout take the 4th exit (A2220) signposted Maidenbower.
Continue on the A2220 following signs to APH Parking Centre.
Drive past the Texaco Petrol Station (some Sat Nav’s may direct you there)
Approx. 0.25 miles turn right - signed APH / Wyevale Garden Centre - APH entrance is then on your right.
