We couldn't have wished for better service. The staff were so pleasant, efficient and helpful and the transfers to the airport and back were speedy and efficient too. First class!

Very easy to park the car and bus to airport quick clean and comfortable. Waited 5 minutes for return bus,car waiting.Reception helpful and we were pleased with service.Will definitely use again and would recommend to family and friends.

APH where really good & such good service & where quick to pick us up . As for Coppull parking very disappointed as we always used them , but where not informed of there closer until we arrived early hours of the morning to find there place in total darkness & stated to panic until we noticed very small sign given us a number to ring , could have let us know by email about them being closed.

Although the booking and later amendment of dates was easy enough there were problems when I arrived and departed. I amended my booking to extend my stay by one night. I asked was there an additional charge for this and was told in an email. 'The price was the same.' On arrival at APH I was told they had no record of the amendment even though I had a copy of the email confirming it. They also advised me there would be an additional charge of £8. I showed them the email confirming the 'The price was the same' and they reluctantly agreed. On my return I was again told there was £8 to pay, I again showed them the email and was told that this was something I need to take up with FHR. I politely refused and told them this is something they need to take up with FHR. Unfortunately this has left a nasty taste in my mouth and I will have to think hard about booking again which is a pity as I have used FHR several times a year for many years.

Very long wait for the bus at North Terminal on our return. Once bus arrived and filled immediately we waited a further unreasonable time at the bus stop at North Terminal to give a ride to a APH employee to the car park. This was a very different experience to that when we used the service on the 3rd January last year. Will look at alternatives next time we go away.

Phoned Office to say we had arrived. Bus was waiting at stop but drove off before we reached it. Driver should have been told that we were about to arived

From Start to finish very efficient service on our return journey from the Gatwick on 9/12/21 at 10.40 pm the driver of pick up bus was so helpful and pleasant when the weather was heavy rain he could not have been more helpful to all passengers the Gentleman is a credit to the Company and hope that he gets informed of his helpfulness and gets recondition 5 star ⭐️ Mr and Mrs Bloom

Excellent service only criticism is that your parking is difficult to find in the dark as sat nav only takes us to the local garage and onward instructions were not highlighted.
