Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

10 mins from the airport call the number on your voucher. A professional driver will collect your car at the terminal and park it for you. Your car will be collected from you on the forecourt outside the terminal in the Approved Operators Area.

What is the pick-up procedure?

When you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your voucher. Your car will be delivered to you on the forecourt outside the terminal in the Approved Operators Area

What security measures does the car park have?

Your car will be stored in a secure car park which holds the Park Mark award, 24 hour security including fencing, lighting and automated gate entry.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

Height restriction - none Must be booked 72 hours before departure Non -refundable Bookings are subject to availability No minibuses with more than 9 seats can be booked. With 30 years experience of running meet and greet at Gatwick, have your car collected and delivered at the terminal by the I Love Meet & Greet team. Cars are stored in one of two compounds located up to 5 miles from the airport.

Brilliant service. So efficient. Drop your car off when you want walk across the road to your hotel. Arrive back two weeks later. Pick up your cases walk out of the airport and your car is waiting for you. What more could you ask for

Service was, as usual, very good. It's just become so much more expensive than it used to be. This is partly because the option to drop the car rather have it met at the terminal wasn't available. Final point, they really need to start offering a EV charging service.

Excellent service, although somewhat confused, when we used Meet & Greet in June we dropped car at the short stay carpark and this trip (thinking we had booked the same service) drop off was at the premier inn hotel. Waited max of few minutes for car to be collected from us, even though we were parked on wrong side of the road and car was delivered back to us just as we were exiting the airport, no hanging around.

Service and courtesy very efficient and pleasant. Leaving car before departure was fine. However on return though we hit various frustrations: first, and we realise nothing to do with you, all passengers with checked baggage on our flight were held up for half an hour in the luggage collection area waiting for the travellator to start! We followed your procedure of waiting until we cleared customs before phoning you choosing option 1, but then found we were held up in another queue waiting for an answer to let you know we had arrived. Then there was a further wait of some 25 minutes in the cold outside the Premier Inn for our Jazz to arrive. Your driver was most courteous, apologising that it was a very busy time. To be constructive could I suggest you consider having a two tier passenger phoning procedure, first before collecting luggage i.e. confirming one has arrived on the plane indicated, and giving you extra time for your driver. Then after clearing customs, which minimises any possible hold up outside the Holiday Inn.

Very Important***
Gatwick has implemented a new forecourt charging scheme. For all customers using ILMG this has little impact as the Airport Access fee has already added to the cost of your booking and as a licensed operator, we pay the airport all fees on behalf of our clients. However, there are rare occasions due to defects with Gatwick system, you may by accident receive a penalty charge notice. If this happens, please do not worry - just email customerservices@ilovemeetandgreet.co.uk and we will take care of it for you. These are teething problems only and beyond our control and we hope that they will be short lived as Gatwick's new system develops over the next few months.

Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.

North terminal Arrival If you're using satnav postcode is RH6 0PJ

Please call the number on your confirmation (option 1) when you are 10 minutes from the airport.
Follow signs to 'Passenger drop off' at the North terminal, keeping in the right-hand lane, head to the far end and pull into the layby on the LEFT HAND SIDE outside the Premier Inn. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .

North terminal - inbound

Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrival's hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered.
Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting. You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once your vehicle has been handed back under the Airports new charging scheme.
Follow signs for 'Exit' on the ground floor, walk between the 2 car parks and head left towards the Premier Inn hotel. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .


South terminal - outbound - If you're using satnav postcode is RH6 0NP
Please call the number on your confirmation (option 1) when you are 10 minutes from the airport.
Follow signs to 'Passenger drop off' keeping in the right-hand lane and head towards the far end signposted 'Approved Operators' where a driver will meet you. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .

South terminal - inbound
Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered. Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting.
Follow signs to 'Exit', cross the single lane outside, take the lift down to Ground level, head towards the furthest single lane and look for the approved sign on the left. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once ILMG have handed your vehicle back under the Airports new charging scheme.

Questions

What if I depart from LGW N and return to LGW S?There is space on the booking form to enter the terminals so this will not be a problem.
where do you park our cars after it is given at to you at Gatwick airport?Cars are stored in one of two compounds located up to 5 miles from the airport.
I have Renault master van that is converted into a campervan, can you still provide a service? Unfortunately the car park will not accept this vehicle.
We have a very early arrival time and will probably be ready to pick up the car at about 4am will this make any difference to our car being delivered.If your flight lands at 4.00am the driver will deliver the car back to you once you have picked up your luggage and cleared customs, you will need to call them once you are ready and they will return the car back to you
how far away from the airport would my car be stored? Many thanks.We would advise that the cars are stored no further than 6 miles one way.
