Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call the number on your confirmationwhen you are 10 minutes from the terminal.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please collect your luggage, clear customs and call our representative on the number on your confirmation to arrange delivery of your car.

What security measures does the car park have?

Lighting, CCTV, peripheral fencing, locked gates, manned 24 hours a day. Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

With 30 years experience of running meet and greet at Gatwick, have your car collected and delivered at the terminal by the I Love Meet & Greet team. Cars are stored in one of two compounds located up to 5 miles from the airport. We do not accept licenced taxis both private hire or hackney carriages

Very prompt and efficient service. Called 10 minutes before our arrival at airport and were greeted without delay. On our return, car was waiting within 10 minutes of our telephone call. All employees with whom we had contact were polite, friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

easy to book on line, and really helpful staff when we dropped the car off. I got the terminal wrong on booking, but they had spotted in advance and were proactively flexible about changing the pick up destination.

Although we have used you a few times before which we found the service good . Unfortunately this Time it looks like someone has sat on the rear seat ?????? As the blankets for our dog had been moved????? & the near side rear tyre was very low on Air it should be at 32psi it had 23psi ??????? . Surely as good customer service you should’ve put some air in the tire and either informed us that you had done this and to have it checked ?????? . As opposed to me having to travel around 30 miles to get air because the garage just outside the airport unfortunately had issues with the air and water machine that isn’t your fault obviously . I do wonder what an earth would’ve happened if the tire was flat no air in it whatsoever would you put air in it then or would you have just driven it to the airport for us to sort out come on guys customer service customer service is paramount .

A fantastic experience from drop off to pick up. The pickup was very smooth, I called roughly 10 minutes away and the driver was there when I arrived to take the car. On the way back I made the call once I had my suitcases and the driver with my car was there once I walked to the pickup point. I will definitely use this service again. Very smooth and no hassle Thank you

Excellent meet & Greet parking service, great value for money, Valet Parking staff friendly and efficient, on departure simply phoned when 10 minutes from Gatwick Valet drivers there within minutes of arrival, on return phoned after collecting bags, system worked very smoothly both outward and return. The pick up and drop off is just minutes from the entrance directly outside. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone parking at Gatwick, Great service well worth the extra few pounds

Very slow when we dropped off the car to depart. They clearly wanted to group bookings to make it more efficient for them but all that happened is we stood around for 15 minutes. Not ideal when trying to catch a flight. Perfect on our return though.

I have used this company before and based on another booking with them will continue to do so. Initially I booked for the North Terminal before the airline changed the flight to South so I was going to just use the Gatwick monorail. However, when I called 10 minutes before arrival the way they had noticed this and said they would meet me at the South terminal. This just made things a little easier. Upon return they were there as soon as we left the airport. Prompt service!

Needed to alter initial time slots as EJ flights cancelled. That worked fine. Particularly grateful as return flight, from Seville was delayed - surprise, surprise. I phoned and was assured that the company knew of delay and would come when I arrived at this end. That happened very smoothly. Such a relief for a solo traveller after midnight. As I am travelling alone, and hands free, anxious about need to call 10 minutes ahead. It's usually on arrival at N.Terminal and fortunately has been ok. Have suggested Cobham Services but I guess that's too far away.

Very Important***
Gatwick has implemented a new forecourt charging scheme. For all customers using ILMG this has little impact as the Airport Access fee has already added to the cost of your booking and as a licensed operator, we pay the airport all fees on behalf of our clients. However, there are rare occasions due to defects with Gatwick system, you may by accident receive a penalty charge notice. If this happens, please do not worry - just email customerservices@ilovemeetandgreet.co.uk and we will take care of it for you. These are teething problems only and beyond our control and we hope that they will be short lived as Gatwick's new system develops over the next few months.

Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.

North terminal Arrival If you're using satnav postcode is RH6 0PJ

Please call the number on your confirmation (option 1) when you are 10 minutes from the airport.
Follow signs to 'Passenger drop off' at the North terminal, keeping in the right-hand lane, head to the far end and pull into the layby on the LEFT HAND SIDE outside the Premier Inn. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .

North terminal - inbound

Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrival's hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered.
Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting. You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once your vehicle has been handed back under the Airports new charging scheme.
Follow signs for 'Exit' on the ground floor, walk between the 2 car parks and head left towards the Premier Inn hotel. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .


South terminal - outbound - If you're using satnav postcode is RH6 0NP
Follow signs to 'Passenger drop off' keeping in the right-hand lane and head towards the far end signposted 'Approved Operators' where a driver will meet you. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .

South terminal - inbound
Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your confirmation (option 1) to have your car delivered. Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting.
Follow signs to 'Exit', cross the single lane outside, take the lift down to Ground level, head towards the furthest single lane and look for the approved sign on the left. Emergency number the number on your confirmation .
You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once ILMG have handed your vehicle back under the Airports new charging scheme.

We do not accept licenced taxis both private hire or hackney carriages

Questions

What would be the situation if I needed to amend the details (eg different time/vehicle) or cancel, please?You can email or call us if you need to change the details. We do not charge for amendments, however if the dates changed the price may be higher/lower for the new dates.  If you cancel within 24 hours of arrival you will not get a refund, outside 24 hours you get charged a £10.00 cancellation fee unless you take out the cancellation waiver fee (£1.49) at the time of booking
Are there any further charges on top of the £45 for meet and greet?jbIf the price quoted includes the airport access fee then there is no additional fees to pay
Hi thereim flying out Thursday am with easyjet to palma Mallorca flight EZY8627...but I don't know which terminal im supposed to drive to...is this going to cause a problem if I book with yourselves for the meet and greet.Also im going away for a week on my return and will be leaving cold weather luggage in the boot of my car, will this be safe do you think.Thanks Suzie 07970 796187We have checked and that flight leaves from North terminal at Gatwick.
