When you arrive, drive up to the barrier and your number plate will be recognised automatically.
Park in any available bay and then check in at reception. From there, you can take the free
shuttle bus to the airport. The journey usually takes around three minutes and transfers run on
demand, 24 hours a day.
What is the pick-up procedure?
On your return to Glasgow Airport, collect your luggage and head to stance B8 outside the
terminal building. Call the number provided on your ticket and a shuttle bus will be sent to meet
you. Once back at the car park your vehicle will be waiting in the same place you left it. The
barrier will lift automatically as you drive out.
What security measures does the car park have?
The site is covered by CCTV and patrolled regularly by staff. Entry and exit are controlled by
barriers and the car park is fully fenced and well-lit. Direct Parking also holds the Park Mark

The car park accepts most standard vehicles that fit within a regular bay size of 2.4 metres by
4.8 metres. Larger vehicles will require two spaces. Oversized vehicles such as caravans,
lorries, trailers and motorhomes are not permitted. Disabled bays are available, and the shuttle
buses can accommodate wheelchairs. The service operates at all times throughout the year. A
short grace period is usually offered if you arrive after midnight, but charges may apply for
longer delays.
