We pre-booked and were given a free upgrade to the short stay car park. When we tried to leave, we were issued with a charge of £226, this obviously caused some stress. We called to speak to someone, then had to search through emails to get our booking number. Surely if we pre-booked, we should have been able to exit when entering the ticket. Is this something you can resolve? I doubt this is a one-off incident. Had this not happened I would have given 5 stars.

Used this carpark facility twice in last few months. Booked Long Stay with upgrade to Car Park 1. 1st time it worked a treat, issued a ticket parked car a week later ticket excepted on departure. Last week 2nd time ticket on departure was not excepted despite the same arrangements I had a demand for £212 ð² But despite that minor ð setback the help button sorted it out after I gave ref number of booking I was allowed to leave. Other than that 1st class upgrade and service.

We took the long stay option as it was nearer the airport and got a free upgrade to the short stay car park. Good option for winter time although a bit pricey.

Upgraded to Car Park 1 and this was a Bonus easy to find no fuss on entering Collect Ticket and go less than a 5min walk from Terminal Building so no waiting about for Transport only issue we found was no Lifts to upper Floors but apart from this we had no other issues and same with departing just ensure you check your Ticket into the Machine prior to collecting your Car hope to get this at the price i paid again.

I went to the long stay xar parliament at Glasgow Airoort and it was a covid testing centre I was advised to part at the car park near the airport we parked in car park 2. Very stressed as we thought we would miss our flight we left the car parked in 2. I emailed FHR and was advised what to do I was surprised the customer support was not 24/7

I had problems upon entering the car park, the barrier did not lift and I had to obtain a second ticket to gain accessâ¦..the intercom was âbusyâ. Upon my return one week later, the exit barrier stated I owed a total of £213 when I had prepaid with yourselves. Thankfully a member of staff answered the intercom and raised the barrier upon checking my car registration. A wee bit stressful, but I would use again.

Great service as usual , no issues at all. Booked long stay at Airport as cost was similar to outside providers, but unexpectedly long stay was closed and we were upgraded to car park 1. Turned out to be the best thing we done, no phone to say we've arrived and no waiting up to 20 min for a transfer bus. Absolutely delighted to be on our way home in less than 10 min from leaving arrivals. Thank you.

Canât say much about the long stay car park as due to it being set up as a Covid testing site we didnât actually park here. We were redirected to a different car park. But this probably worked in our favour as we ended up across the road from the airport and only a short walk. However, we would still chose the long stay car park in the future.

Car park is at the airport so walking distance to the terminal building and no need for a coach transfer. When you arrive at the car park, number recognition picks up your registration and issues a ticket. When you depart from the car park you simply insert your ticket at the exit barrier. No need to go to the machine to pay as itâs all prepaid

At the entry barrier, your number plate will be read and we'll issue you a ticket automatically. If no ticket is issued, please press for assistance. Please keep your ticket safe as you'll need this on exit.
Exits
At the exit barrier, please insert your ticket so we can validate your booking, and raise the barrier. If you have overstayed your booking, your additional charge will be displayed, which you'll need to pay. If the barrier does not rise, please press for assistance.
The car park offers a grace period of 3 hours at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £25 per day. This is subject to change.
