We followed the travel directions included in the confirmation email to find that the long stay car park 1 had been converted into a Covid-19 testing centre. We asked some of the centre staff where the alternative car park was, but they were totally unaware of the situation and directed us back to the main airport building. We tried calling FHR but only got through to voicemail as it was before 9am. We then had to call NCP the parking provider to ask for assistance as we had entered car park 2. They told us to exit car park 2 and head to the short stay car park 1 as this is where we should have been directed too. As you can imagine this caused a lot of unnecessary stress to the start of our holiday, so not impressed at all.

The car park post code for long stay car park took us to COVID centre Glasgow airport which has been there for 2 years due time departure we had to get private parking we would like a refund
