Fantastic site, easy to book with and great prices too!

II got fleeced, no thans to FHR. Monopolistic behaviour by a Private Equity owned car park

Appalling. Had to wait for 2 hours for my vehicle. Not made clear that additional airport parking charges would apply. The call handler was rude and obstructive. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Flights cancelled and unable to go on our trip and despite notifying Purple Parking and BookFHR 24hrs ahead of time (when the flights were cancelled) we were unable to get any refund. Disappointing

Car park and staff excellent. Bus journey took 45 minutes from Terminal 2 because of picking up from other terminals

Everything went really smoothly, only had to wait 5 minutes for collection on return, car parked handily ready for quick getaway, would use again.

Everything went smoothly dropped off car and coach took us to airport , on return picked up coach back to Purple Parking and car ready to go

Reasonable price and goood service overall; although I am not happy with my waiting for almost 30 minutes on my return for the bus to come and pick me up. I had to call twice and then still wait for almost 30 minutes. Also, when I left I did not board on the plane and had to fly the next day and was charged 25GBP for taking the car from the parking for less than 18 hours.

Good parking package at a great price booked through FHR with Purple Parking LHR. But on return journey transfer bus was seriously overcrowded and definitely not Covid secure. No one was happy with the situation. They should have put more buses on at an obviously busy time with returning customers.

Great service from Purple Parking as always. Even better now they have the bigger buses.

I normally dislike offsite airport parking but was very happy with experience. Location close to airport and all worked really well. Recommend!!

Dreadful to find from street address, instructions say use address and post code, but no Sat nav I know allows this option . Taken to wrong place in Hounslow on sat nav miles away. Sugest use post code despite the given warning. No one on phone at site either to help you find it , just a central anonnymous purple parking contact. Will never use this car park again.

Loved the new multi-storey - much easier to drop off and pick up.
