Houston, Intercontinental, TX Airport Parking

No complaints! I prefer Fine/Preflight parking for my trips to the airport. I can usually get a deal on the price by using airportparkingreservations.com. What's not to like?

It couldn’t have been a better experience. The bus was clean and comfortable, the driver was friendly and helpful, the bus was picking me up within seconds of me getting out of my car.

Speedy service and great customer service from every member of the team. I’m a returning customer and this is why I choose Fine parking. I was worried that when Preflight was acquired by fine that service would change but from a customer point of view it was a smooth transition.

You guys are seriously so great. Will never park with anyone else when flying out of Houston!

It's not our first time parking at a FINE lot. The whole process was simple and efficient. One less piece to worry about during travels.

We used Fine Parking for the first time. Our pickup driver was friendly and most helpful. Return shuttle driver was borderline rude and not helpful to any passenger. Couldn’t be bothered to assist or arrange luggage appropriately. I understand that the Houston heat does not make for optimal working conditions, but she was awful.

The turn around time was quick. After I park my vehicle, the shuttle was driving.

Shuttle drivers were wonderful and helpful. Very polite!

I think it would be helpful to have signs at the airport specifically showing where the shuttles will pick up passengers (terminal A) and if that is not you possible, advise the passengers verbally or in writing where they should go to be pickup upon their arrival.
