What is the drop-off procedure?

When you arrive, you'll need to show your booking confirmation to the member of staff at the gate. Then just drive in - the barrier will be opened for you too - and head to the reception desk, where you'll need to check in and hand in your keys.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you're back in Blighty, and have collected your luggage, call the number on your confirmation5 and Leeds Car Parks will send a minibus to come and collect you.

Parking entrance needs to be better signed from main road especially at night We found it as used plenty of times but driver took 4 calls from other people who drove past it which is easy to do when dark If allowed put more signs up But as I said no issues from our point of view 👍

after using this service many times, its the first time i was disappointed . outgoing was fine pleasant driver put two large samsonite cases on bus, fine, on return driver was surly and at no stage moved from his driving seat, we as near 80 year old and 70 year old struggled with cases. all driver did was give us our car keys.again outgoing fine return poor.

What a great team of ladies ,driving mini buses, parking cars and all done with a smile and a joke!! Amazing. Even wishing us a good holiday. There was a short journey to the airport. Just missed a bus but it wasn't long before it returned, less than 5 mins and we were on our way. Our driver made sure we knew to wait for the return minibus in the 2nd lane . All good.

The booking process was easy and the staff extremely friendly and helpfu both on the phone and in person. We arrived, parked our car, left the keys with the office staff (your car is moved to another part of the compound while you are away) and the mini bus took us to the airport which is literally about a mile down the road. On our return, the mini bus was waiting and helped us with our luggage (important as I am disabled and cannot lift cases etc.) The driver gave us our car keys before setting off and we headed back to the parking area where everyone was dropped off close to their vehicles. Once again, help was available unloading the luggage. The key question with any such services is - would I use them again? If the price was competitive, then I most certainly would do so.

From the A658 southbound:
Follow signs for the airport. Just before you get to it you will see Leeds and Bradford Airport Industrial Estate on your left hand side, opposite Leeds Helijet. Please go through security gate 2, which is the first entrance you come to.
From the A658 northbound:
Follow signs for the airport. Once you've gone under the airport runway, go straight on at the roundabout which is the second exit towards Harrogate. You will then see Leeds and Bradford Airport Industrial Estate on your right hand side. When you drive into the industrial estate go through security gate 2, opposite Leeds Helijet.


On Arrival
You'll need to show your booking confirmation to the member of staff at the gate. Then just drive in - the barrier will be opened for you too - and head to the reception desk, where you'll need to check in and hand in your keys. Your car will be parked for you. Then all you have to do is jump on the minibus to the airport.

On return
Once you have collected your luggage, call the number on your confirmation 5 and Leeds Car Parks will send a minibus to come and collect you. It may be the only easy thing about coming back from holiday. Then just go to reception with your booking confirmation and pick up your keys. A member of staff will open the barrier and the gates to let you out.

There are disabled spaces in the undercover part of the car park, and the car park also has disabled toilets.
Caravans and motorhomes can't be parked undercover. Beyond that, there is no maximum car size.
