I have used this service many times before and have been completely satisfied. Unfortunately this time i was not. I had paid for inside parking but My car had clearly been left outside for the whole time. I will use it again, just not happy this time.

everything worked like clockwork. I would recommend this to anyone looking for secure parking, any time of day or night. We arrived fairly early in the morning, but made no difference to the service, soon on the shuttle bus and in departures lounge. On return, driver answered phone immediately and we were soon picking up our vehicle.

Very efficient and not smart-ass (like some of it's local rivals). Because the car is out and waiting on my return I always have doubts about whether it actually was indoor-parked for the whole period. I usually make a not of the mileage when I leave it though!

As the name implies, this is an indoor "car park" ... in fact, a sort of warehouse type building. We pay the premium because we feel that our car will be safer out of sight and out of the weather, especially if we are away for a few days. We have always been delivered to and collected from the airport reasonably promptly although, on occasion, we have had to wait a little while for the pick up. The car park itself is only a minute or two drive away from the airport so it is "walkable" provided that your luggage isn't too much of a burden. The guys who operate the car park are always friendly and helpful. They even offer a valeting service while you're away. Happy to recommend this car park. Others may be just as good, just as secure and may be cheaper but we choose this one for peace of mind.

I have used this car park before , however this time I was disappointed. I have paid for an indoor car park, however when I have arrived my car was outside, all wet, and it was not raining at the time. So for all I know I paid for an indoor service, but my card was left outside. I will not be using this car park again
