Imagine Meet and GreetPark Mark Award

Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

You phone the chauffeur number 10 minutes prior to arrival at the airport. Instruction will be given by the Imagine receptionist and a uniformed representative will meet you at the drop off /pick up point

What is the pick-up procedure?

On return you phone the same number after you have collected your luggage and we will greet you in your vehicle at the drop off / pick up point.

What security measures does the car park have?

All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle, when your car is collected our driver will take it to a fully secure compound, where your car will remain until your return. Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

Amazing helpful staff, so professional and warm when we arrived. Made us very welcome. Meet and greet took the stress out of trying to park after a long drive from Glasgow to Liverpool. Thank you and we would highly recommend to anyone and will definatley use in the future

Simple. Called the number when we was 10 minutes away, the person answered. Very jovial and happy for 4am. We mentioned we were early and he said it's not a problem. Drop off was simple. When we landed we called and the car appeared within minutes. Really efficient and simple. Good work guys

The staff were friendly but even though Liverpool Airport is very small we had to prise out of them exactly where we were supposed to go and be met. We used the meet and greet because our return flight was arriving in the early hours and we were travelling with children. It would have been nice to have been warned that we would have to pay to get out of the car park - the cost was not the problem just the sudden need to find change! (previous meet and greets at other airport have provided a ticket to get out or use an area that does not incur a cost)

Excellent from start to finish! The cost was very competitive and wasn't much more than parking the car myself. It was definitely worth the little extra to eliminate the walk from the car park to the terminal and back, especially as my outward check-in was 4am and I landed back at midnight. My "meeter & greeter" pulled up alongside me in the car park at Liverpool Airport, helped me unload my suitcases and was very courteous & polite. I phoned once I'd picked up my cases on my return and my car arrived within five minutes; I was really impressed as it was 12:30 in the morning! I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again and would highly recommend it.

on return despite several flights coming in together due to flight not being on time the guy still managed to get through the malee in minuetes bravo ian picton

Following instructions to phone whenapproaching airport, we were told to phone onlyu when we got to the car park. We did so only to be told they were busy and it would take a few minutes before they could fit us in. When they arrived your representative had no identification on him and was wearing football shorts and T shirt. When questioned he said his ID badge was in the van! On arrival in return, the service was prompt

It is important that you take your booking confirmation with you on the day of your parking.

Please phone 0151-486-7247 OR the number on your confirmation 0 quoting 'Imagine Meet and Greet' and your name 10 minutes prior to arrival at the airport.
