What is the drop-off procedure?
Your prebooking is valid in Long Stay 1 & Long Stay 2. Upon arrival at the car park entry barrier, the ANPR system will read the vehicle registration plate and automatically issue you with a ticket. Remove the ticket and the barrier will rise
What is the pick-up procedure?
At the exit barrier, the barrier will raise allowing you to exit.
What security measures does the car park have?
CCTV, Floodlighting Security fencing and regular patrols

Electric vehicle charging There are electric charging points in the car park, which are free to use for an hour. They work on a first come first served basis.

Unfortunately due to the Corona Virus and flight cancellations we did not get to the airport. We e-mailed FHR for a refund or a credit, they referred us to their T's & C's and said no due to not giving 24 hours notice. The same was done regarding the airport lounge booking. This is a disgrace under the circumstances.

Easy to find, simple to use, barrier recognised car registration which issued us with a ticket. We parked up and walked less than 5 mins straight across to departures. Returned to car popped the ticket into the machine at the barrier and away we went.

Great parking right next to airport terminal but experienced problems getting out, inserted the pre paid ticket and it said I owed £100, called for help and luckily with the booking reference it was sorted. Make sure you keep your booking reference with you.

Easy to book and I have used FHR before so was confident. When I got to the car park the camera did not recognise the car plate and I had to speak over the intercom. Whilst this was solved fairly quickly, I had to reverse away from the barrier and approach again, not as big a problem to me as the car behind. Otherwise it is a 5 star service, but on this occasion I have dropped a star off due to the complication described. No problems in the car park or leaving. Would definitely use FHR again.
Everything went without a problem. This is the second time I've used FHR and will do so again in future.
