Your prebooking is valid in Long Stay 1 & Long Stay 2. Upon arrival at the car park entry barrier, the ANPR system will read the vehicle registration plate and automatically issue you with a ticket. Remove the ticket and the barrier will rise

At the exit barrier, the barrier will raise allowing you to exit.

Parking the car was very straight forward as was coming back and finding my car safe however when putting my ticket in the machine to leave the machine told me I owed £110, I was obviously very shocked and my wife and I panicked, I pressed the button to speak to the attendant who tried several times and was finally able to let us out, I've ticked the button to say I would use the car park again but I'm not sure. Thank you.

On the whole happy with the airport parking but, having prepaid, when we tried to leave the car park the barrier would not lift. A message appeared on the screen saying we owed £80!!! We did manage to speak to someone who lifted the barrier for us but not a nice experience when you just want to get in your car and get home.

What to do on Arrival / Entrance:
Please wait whilst your registration is recognised.
A ticket will be automatically produced.
Take the ticket and proceed to the Car Park.
If a ticket is not issued, press the help button for assistance. Do not press for a ticket. Please have your booking reference to hand.

What to do on Departure / Exit:
Insert your ticket into the exit barrier.
The barrier will recognise the booking and lift automatically.
If the barrier does not lift, press the help button for assistance.

Any additional stay outside the pre-booked period will be charged at the standard tariff, which should be paid at the car park office prior to collecting your vehicle.

There are electric charging points in the car park, which are free to use for an hour. They work on a first come first served basis.

By making this booking you agree that on exiting the car park you will pay any additional car parking charges (whether incurred as a consequence of parking in an incorrect car park or by parking in the Long Stay Car Park beyond the prepaid period) and that [LJLA] will deduct such additional charges from your Debit or Credit Card in accordance with the published rates displayed on the entrance to the relevant car park. Its £30 for 1 day overstay.
