What is the drop-off procedure?
Upon arrival at the airport, drive up to the entry barrier. The ANPR system will read the vehicle registration plate and automatically issue you with a ticket. Remove the ticket, and the barrier will rise allowing you to enter. Do not lose the ticket
What is the pick-up procedure?
On your return to the airport, please collect your vehicle and drive to the exit barriers. Insert the original entry ticket in the exit machine, where the barrier will rise allowing you to exit the car park
What security measures does the car park have?
Has the Park Mark, the Safer Parking Award, barrier control, security fencing and 24 hour security patrols and passenger assistance available. Unfortunately there are no disabled facilities.

Location to the airport excellent and good size parking spaces. Unfortunately once again the registration plate reader failed to recognise my plate, and the car park attendant couldn’t locate my booking reference even though I had all the necessary paperwork to hand.

The price was very competitive However on arrival at the airport the Number Plate recognition System would not recognise my number plate and i had to waste valuable time having a lengthy conversation via intercom. On my return I had to have an even longer conversation as despite me having the booking details to hand the Airport car par management were adamant that i owed £40 for parking I had already paid for. they eventually agreed i could leave I will book direct with the airport in future

Car park located close to the terminal, however struggled at the barriers both on entry and exit. We had to buzz for attendant both times and that made it a little inconvenient and made to feel that we hadn't pre-paid. I would use this car park again in future simply for the location.

Carpark barrier did not recognise booking on the way into and exit from carpark. Spent an extremely long time to convince the carpark attendant to let us out of the carpark without charge as there was no record of the booking despite it having been made some time in advance.

great just a short walk across the road and you are in the terminal building . my wife didn't even complain when it was raining would recommend. the booking is very easy and not long winded .

Easy service. Number plate recognition worked first time on way in and machine even said hello with my name on the display. Very nice at 5am. Different system on way out, needed to buzz man and give booking ref number. Good job kept it handy.
