What is the drop-off procedure?
On arrival,your number plate will be recognised and barrier will lift without the need of a ticket. Please note there are 3 different entry gates,use either the middle or the right gate.Any problems press button to speak to staff and quote ref.
What is the pick-up procedure?
On arrival,barrier will lift on exit when reg no. of vehicle recognised. If you stay longer than your pre-booked time you will be required to make an add. payment. Please report to staff located in the terminal at the Airport Info. Desk,before exit.
What security measures does the car park have?
The London City on Airport car park is barrier controlled and features CCTV cameras. Park Mark award

No motor homes, lorries, trailers or caravans are permitted even if multiple spaces are booked. Please note this is the Non Flex option - Once booked it cannot be amended or cancelled. Min Hours to Arrival: The parking is open 24 hours, however it is only operated Mon - Fri 5:30 to 21:30 / Sat 5:30 to 13:30/ Sun 13:30 - 21:30 Additional Information: Max Height: 3.3 metres; Max Width: 2.4 metres.
