Directions for Official On-Site Parking -Non Flex

As part of the ongoing building site at LCY airport this summer the airport are running a traffic diversion programme starting from Sunday 22nd July for approx. 4 weeks to 18th August 2018.

Access to the car parks will only be available from the Eastern End of Hartmann Rd, which is not what regular users will be used to.
Due to these diversions there may be possible delays when returning vehicles though we will endeavour to ensure that this does not happen.

Please note this is the Non Flex option - Once booked it cannot be amended or cancelled (apart from amending car details).

The city airport is just 10 miles from the West End and only three miles from Canary Wharf.

Driving across London is not recommended as its very built up and you will have to pay the congestion charge. We recommend you take junction 30 off the M25 and come into the city on the A13.

Leave the M25 at junction 30 and take the A13 heading into London.
After crossing the bridge, take the left lane to leave the road following signs for the airport and docks.
Take the first exit from the roundabout onto the A1020 Royal Docks Road, staying in the middle lane.
At the next roundabout, take the second exit towards Woolwich Manor Way.
Follow the road and, when you see the Docklands Light Railway overhead, take a right onto Hartmann Road, signposted for the airport.
From here you can follow signs for the On-Site Car Park

ENTRY PROCEDURE:
When you arrive at the entrance of the car park use the On-Site Car Park, use parking lanes in the middle and right hand side. The barrier will recognise your number plate and dispense a ticket with your registration and a booking reference commencing 102, which shows it is pre-booked.
If the ticket does not have this printed on it, or you have any problems, press the button to speak to car park staff and give them your booking reference and VRN.
Keep your ticket safe, as you will need it when you return.

EXIT PROCEDURE:
The ticket you received upon entry to the car park, must be used to exit.
If your registration plate and booking reference did not print correctly on your ticket, please report to a member of the car parking team located in the terminal at the Airport Information Desk, before exiting the car park.
The desk is open during airport opening hours. If you stay longer than your pre-booked time you will be required to make an additional payment.

The On-Site Car Park is a short undercover walk away from the terminal, which should not take any longer than 5 minutes.

Please do not use your credit or debit card to open the barrier as you will be charged again.

Min Hours to Arrival: The parking is open 24 hours, however it is only operated Mon - Fri 5:30 to 21:30 / Sat 5:30 to 13:30/ Sun 13:30 - 21:30

Additional Information: Max Height: 3.3 metres; Max Width: 2.4 metres. No motor homes, lorries, trailers or caravans are permitted even if multiple spaces are booked.
