Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call Maple Parking when you are 15-20 minutes away from the airport, to let us know you are near so we can send our driver to meet you

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you have collected your luggage, Please call Maple Parking to let us know you're ready for your car.

What security measures does the car park have?

ecurity fencing, CCTV, entry and exit barriers, security lighting and 24-hour security. It has also been awarded the Park Mark.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple Parking prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.

PLEASE READ YOUR DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY ON THE DAY

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT DUE OT RENOVATION WORKS OUR MEETING POINT WILL TEMPORARILY BE CHANGED TO TERMINAL CAR PARK 2 FROM 1st November 2022 to 14th December 2022

Prior to arrival - Please call us on the number on your confirmation 56 when you are 15-20 minutes away from the airport, to let us know you are near so we can send our driver to meet you and follow the directions below

For Sat Nav's use post code LU2 9LY
Leave the M1 at junction 10.
At the large motorway roundabout, take the second exit if you're coming from the south and the first exit if you're coming from the north on to the A1081 Airport Way.
Continue on the A1081, sign posted Luton Airport. Once you have passed through the traffic lights get into the left-hand lane for Luton Airport.
At the next roundabout take the third exit keeping on Airport Way……Then proceed to the meeting point below depending on your date of drop-off.


Meeting Point directions for 1st November 2022 to 14th December 2022
Keep following the signs for Terminal Car Park 2
At Terminal Car Park 2, Take a ticket from the barrier and drive up to Level 3 Row B, where you will be met by a member of staff.
Park in the nearest space available and check in at the Maple Parking desk.


Meeting Point directions for 15th December 2022 onwards
Keep following the signs for Terminal Car Park 1
At Terminal Car Park 1, Take a ticket from the barrier and drive up to Level 3, where you will be met by a member of staff.

Park in the nearest space available and check in at the Maple Parking desk.
After dropping off your car take the 5-minute covered walk to check-in.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Once you have collected your luggage, please call us on the number on your confirmation 56 to let us know you're ready for your car.

From 1st November 2022 to 14th December 2022… Then head to the EXIT and follow signs for Terminal Car Park 2 and head to where you dropped off your car. Your car will be delivered to the pick-up point/meet and greet area where you dropped it off (level 3 Row B).

From 15th December Onwards… Then head to the EXIT and follow signs for Terminal Car Park 1 and head to where you dropped off your car. Your car will be delivered to the pick-up point/meet and greet area - Terminal Car Park 1, Level 3.

Our driver will give you a ticket which allows you to exit the car park. Please make sure you're at the car park no longer than 10 minutes after your call us otherwise you may need to pay to exit the car park.




Other IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Please be aware the Terminal Car Park 1 has a height restriction of 2.1 metres.

Due to the ongoing redevelopment works at Luton airport, travel around the airport may take longer than normal. We'd recommend you allow an extra hour to get to the airport particularly at peak times. Peak travel times for Luton airport are all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday and between 4am and 9am, 1pm and 3pm and 5pm and 7pm on other days.

Illegal Vehicles: It is your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal and/or safe to drive, Maple Parking will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refunds

Early and Late returns:
Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £10 per day or part day after your booked return date.

Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone Maple Parking ASAP. We must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings. Meeting point subject to change. You will be informed when you call if there are any changes that will affect you.

Vehicle Inspection: Please allow sufficient time for our driver to complete our check-in procedure and conduct the necessary photographic vehicle inspection on your arrival. This usually takes 3-4 minutes. Failure to leave adequate time for our driver to complete this may relinquish any claim for damage not recorded as a result. If you are running late this can be completed by our driver after you have left but before he or she moves your car.
