Very good, very efficient service. Drop off excellent. Staff very friendly Pick up - waited over 15mins for bus but ok. Collecting keys very efficient. Overall very good service Nb cat hair all over convertible roof, know cat as can see paw prints on bonnet.

The parking is easy to find and straightforward when you arrive. However, on our return, we had to wait at least 20 mins in the pouring rain for our bus to take us to the car park.

Excellent service and very easy to use. We were a little worried about the journey from the parking area to the airport as we were a family of 10 and obviously had many suitcases, we needn't have worried as the transport was a full size bus with plenty of room for all of us and our cases.

everything went to plan although i was surprised how long it took from parking the car till I actually got to the airport terminal Disappointed to find green paint scraped on the front bumper of the car on return. This was T cut clean by the duty manager and left no body damage.
