Submitted a cancellation request nearly three weeks ago, haven’t heard anything back.

Be Warned! Came back off holiday to find my car had been damaged. The guys on site were helpful and gave me the contact details to get it sorted out. It took a while but after emails, phone calls and texts, they eventually got back to me and I sent them photos and details of the damage as requested but have not heard anything since. It is now 3 months and still no response.

Ticked all the boxes. Close to the airport and punctual

Very pleased. Flight delayed. Wasn’t a problem. They came back and picked us up so we could do some shopping. Then dropped us back at the airport

First time leaving from Manchester just off motorway in a secure electric gated yard good price also

On arriving we had to wait at least 20 mins for a bus to take us to the airport. On collecting our car it was parked where there was no lighting and it was dark. Our car wouldn't start because the battery was flat. Won't book again.

Difficulty in finding location. Better signing would have helped. Didnt realise that the site was unmanned. Intercom entrance was not working. Only found out later that this was a new Park & Ride system. Had no problem with the return pick up at the the airport although the cab was not specific for APL.

The service was great and the staff to. Not long waiting for going to or coming back from airport and they were very helpful on phone.
