Have used JET 2 several times, disappointed on latest visit Aware construction is taking place, however could be better signposted. Directed to P block on arrival, some areas were just mud, could not get out of car without shoes being covered in mud. Spaces were very tight, and not certain of the "Gravel" hardstanding. Would have to give careful consideration if and well using again

Although the car park was close to the airport and the transfer was easy and quick the actual condition of the carpark is bad. It is full of potholes and very muddy. Not good to have to wheel your cases on such bad surfaces. The car park needs completely resurfacing.

When leaving to go on holiday the bus was packed. We passed two empty buses when 'en route' within the car park. The return journey was good, although after wet weather the rough ground soils your suitcases.

Brilliant car park with frequent buses to the terminal. Driver on the way back after a flight from Australia with two kids couldn’t have done more to help. would recommend.

Booked for jet park 2 but couldn’t find it due to road ‘improvements ‘ and inadequate signage. We were starting to panic in case we missed our flight, however we found Jetparks 3 by chance and contacted a very helpful telephone operator on the barrier button. He was called Bilo, he tried to give us directions and suggested we put Jetpark 2 in out sat nav - but we don’t have one ! He then arranged for us to use the Jetpark 3 instead. He saved the day. Thank you very much Bilo. I gave you 5 stars for the service Bilo gave us but as for Jetpark2 I wouldn’t know because we didn’t find it

We booked this car park as close to airport. When arriving we were told that it had been overbooked and were given a token for the nearby multi-storey. It was easy to find and we were impressed with how close it was to terminal. I have used JetParks before and will definitely use again.

The roadworks at the airport make this car park impossible to find, even with sat nav. Totally inadequate temporary signposting.

We arrived at jet park 2 at 3 am in the dark and it was raining. The car park was unlit with obscure signage as to where the premium parking spaces were. Unaware that there was any premium parking spaces at an extra cost of £20 per day we parked our car and got on the shuttle bus. This is when we over heard some passengers talking and realised that we had parked in the premium spaces. We had to stay on the bus and go back to the park and move the car but we were still unsure if we had parked correctly due to the very poor signage. We only just made the check in and began our holiday very stressed. We were not made aware at any time that there were parking spaces with an extra cost. £20 per day is an extortionate amount and we won’t use JP2 again

Car park a little difficult to get into beause of all the refurbishmment. First time the bus didnt turn up for almost an hour for some people, but fortunately we only had about a 15 minute wait.

Had to wait 25mins for bus,in jet 2 parks I asked lady driver if she was going to shelter 2,she replied there wasnt a shelter 2. Other that it was ok..

Directions for JetParks Car Park 2

Exit the M56 at Junction 5. Keep to the left and take the first exit signposted Terminal 2.
At the roundabout at the top of the slope, take the second exit into Outwood Lane West (this road is now for Jet Parks 2 traffic only). Then approximately 0.1 miles further on, turn left into Thorley Lane.
Continue down Thorley Lane and the entrance to JetParks 2 is approximately 0.2 miles further on, on your right-hand side.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS:
On arrival at the barrier, the car reg is read by the ANPR camera and the barrier will automatically raise (Do not press for a token). If the barrier does not raise automatically, please press the intercom where you will be asked to quote your booking reference and booking details to validate your booking prior to gaining entry to the car park. Please keep your car keys with you at all times.

Exit Instructions
When arriving and departing from the car park, please ensure that you have your car park booking reference to hand.
Upon exit, the Automatic Number Plate Recognition should again recognise your number plate and the barrier should raise automatically. If required, simply press the intercom button for assistance.
If prompted for over-stay payment use integrated chip & pin device.

Bus transfers from the Car Park to the terminal buildings: Make your way to the nearest bus stop which should be clearly visible from most areas of the car park. All buses stop at all three terminals. Transfers run 24 hours a day, every 15 minutes

Follow exit signs and make your way out of the arrivals lounge. Follow signs for Manchester Airport Car Parks bus stops. Please use bus number 5.

Blue Badge parking spaces are available at all of our Jet Parks car parks. Users of these bays usually board the transfer bus before other passengers and are given seating priority and dedicated wheelchair points on board. The driver can assist you on and off the bus if required.

Help points are located at the departure entrance doors or the arrivals exit doors at each terminal should you require a wheelchair or further assistance. Alternatively please proceed to the Reception Point in the Check-in hall at departures level.

Height restriction of 2.2 metres (7ft 2in). Trailers are not permitted in any of our parking facilities.

All drivers are urged to check travel conditions before setting out on journeys.

At the discretion of the car park you will have a 4 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 6 hour grace period on return. If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on Manchester Airport's standard short stay tariff, currently £15 per day or part thereof (subject to change) - If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.
