T2 West Multi Storey

We were delighted to find that we could walk undercover from this car park to the Departure Gates in no more than two minutes. Parking was easy and there were excellent lifts to all floors.

Very easy process. NPR at barrier, parked up and only 5 mins walk to terminal 2 and Ibis and Holiday Inn hotels.

Very disappointed, even though I had paid in advance for the whole duration of my trip, on exit of the carpark I was presented with a £75 charge in order to get out. Totally unacceptable and shocking, however, after a red eye flight back to the uk I just wanted to get home. Very disappointed with FHR and even though I have booked with them many times I would need to thing again before booking in the future. Parking is expensive enough and it is even worse when you get another unexpected parking cost on your return.

Its great to be able to park so close to the airport terminal . The booking is is easy but for T2 west i would book well in advance as its booked up pretty quickly

The process of parking is quick with the registration recognition. The only problem was finding the entrance. We feel the entrance and exit signs should be improved. Apart from that all was good.
