I have marked this lower because of the wait we had when we came out the airport. Our flight was on time but the pick up point was very busy and we didint get on until the fourth bus. The buses did come pretty quickly but I was glad we were not standing in the rain waiting. Maybe you could actually check the names of the people waiting to see who was there first and on time? Apart from that no problems with the service.

All good, except on our return minibus driver dropped us off at wrong car park.

Bellair was previously run by a company called Callerton which I have used many times and was always happy with the service provided but not any more!. Bellair provided us with a sheet of paper telling us to use a free phone in the domestic terminal at Newcastle airport to let them know when we were ready to be collected......there is no phone so several of us wasted a lot of time and energy in the middle of the night looking for it and made our pick up later than it needed to be.The customer services man told us that they are always watching on cctv to see when customers arrive at the correct bus stop and then a minibus comes to pick you up but if your looking for a non existant telephone and then cant find the correct bus stop because its not marked "Bellair" then you are going to wait a long time to be collected as we did. The customer services man was unapologetic when we told himwe couldt find the phone, he just shrugged, said there is no phone and that the directions to the airport were also wrong!!. That's really bad service. I will not be using them again.

Very warm welcome early in the morning and again when we returned. No waiting about before or after our holiday. Will definitely use you again

Got wrong information for when we landed said telephone in arrivals which was old information did not have a telephone number Jet2 rep managed to contact the staff did arrive very promptly.

Very pleased with the service. We landed early hours in the morning and the bus was waiting to pick us up. Will be booking again in September.

We always use Bellair because they are so friendly (even in the middle of the night ) and reliable they are there when you come out of the airport to take you for your car wouldn’t use anyone else

Excellent service. Prompt collection on arrival Returned home to a covering of snow to find staff had car cleared of all snow from windscreen, back window and doors. Always pick this site.

No faults, they do what they say, we use it whenever we fly now

great service at a great price. 3 min shuttle to airport and dropped off/pick up outside the departures area. used this carpark many times over 20 + years never had a problem
