Couldn't use it due to lock down and FHR will not refund payment as say was a non-refundable booking

We used this carpark in the summer and in October this year, both times we had to wait 10-15 minutes on the bus to take us back from the airport to the hotel. Not ideal when you have small children and its in the middle of the night and raining. We also had an issue both times with the barrier on exiting the carpark, when we inserted the card it showed us an amount which was due of £156 and £111 and said our time had expired. We then had to press the buzzer and wait for someone to answer, they then had to check our details and finally lifted the barrier for us, again not ideal when all you want to do is get home. We were really disappointed in the service.
