Easy to find and ample parking spaces. Literally 5 mins walk to the terminal and easy to enter and exit. Will definitely use again.

I arrived back newcastle Airport barrier wouldn't go up it was 2am spoke to security man in hut he checked paperwork said reference number not on his computer after half an hour arguing with him he agreed to lift barrier.

Its practable to use this service but in all honesty its rather expensive as you always have to pay 8 days on a 7 day holiday because of the flight times (Usually) I am starting to look at other options as are a lot of people I have spoken to. I keep getting emails saying I am getting a 25% discount but this never happens ??

I have always taken bookings through you at a good discount and been happy! However this time all companies prices were the same therefore NO DISCOUNT!!

Conveniently located and regular airport shuttle bus

Walking distance to main departure/arrival building. Sometimes have to drive into different car park areas, next to each other, due to lack of spaces, bur only to be expected in a large airport- not a major problem

Car park well lit at night. Not far to walk to the terminal.

Very easy 5 minutes walk to and from the airport plain and easy

Newcastle airport parking in the long stay was dreadful . Eventually after finding a place to park we had to drag our cases through the car park ( no bus service ) . It took us 30 minutes to get from the car to the terminal just as well it wasn’t raining or we would have been soaking wet . Once passed the parking barrier it is up hill to the airport . We were not the only people effected as we passed several families in the same predicament. On returning we went through the same predicament. In future I will do my best to avoid parking here . Overall not a pleasant experience.

Carpark is short walking distance from terminal, can also use bus but It was to cold to wait for it. Big minus was we had to drive around at least 15 min to find a space.
