Premium Long Stay (H)

It was fine. Access was easy and instructions provided were accurate. Booking was very easy, no problems. The only negative is that you have added a ‘ booking’ fee to the cost! This is new to FHR!?

Would of preferred meet & greet but you were fully booked.

Airport parking at Newcastle has become much more expensive over the last couple of years so any discount helps. choice is now limited, we used to use Callerton Parking but this seems no longer available. By using FHR we got premium long stay slightly cheaper than standard long stay, so saved a few pounds and had a shorter walk, also easier to find a space.

Brilliant and easy to use service Easily accessible And when we came back off holiday car battery was dead They jumped it off within 5 minutes and i was on my way Nice and easy

Easy access , very close to terminal

I always use this parking and never had a problem so all the time it’s working for me I will continue

All of the disabled parking area that I booked was closed off, struggled to find a spot.

secure, easy to find, slight issue getting into carpark but got it sorted, hence the 4 stars
