What is the airport transfer frequency?

What is the drop-off procedure?
When you arrive at the car park drive to the barrier – it should lift automatically after scanning your number plate. Park in any space and keep your keys, then walk to the terminal.
What is the pick-up procedure?
When you return walk from the terminal to the car park and collect your car from where you left it. Drive to the exit barrier and it will lift automatically. If it doesn’t raise press the intercom button for assistance and quote your reference number
What security measures does the car park have?
Newcastle Airport has been awarded the Park Mark security accreditation, which includes 24hr dedicated airport car park security. There is 24hour CCTV coverage, security fencing and floodlighting

The car park has designated extra-wide Blue Badge bays, which are all signposted in Zone Z. The car park doesn’t accept lorries or trailers. If you're delayed picking your car up, you'll need to pay for the extra parking at the car park's normal rate.Address

The car park was well sign posted and easy to find. The shuttle bus, however only operate at certain times so we had to walk with all the luggage. Although not far, its more like a 10 min walk from where we parked. The bus would have been ideal.

Great experience at the short stay car park. Very easy to find, literally just park your car in any space and go. On return put your ticket in the machine and home you go. Simple as that.

This was not the car park we originally booked.It was not opposite the terminal building,but very close to the long stay car park.It was a lot further than we thought.plus it was raining.We also paid extra but ended up further away. Overall disappointed with the location and extra cost for a lesser service.

We prefer Meet and Greet however this was not available due to Covid restrictions The option Short stay 2 is just a short walk from the terminal, most of the walk is covered and is a suitable alternative

Very easy to book online. Was able to park about 5 minutes walk away and there was a a corridor for protection in the event of bad weather for part of the way. Much better than having to wait for shuttle to offsight parking. Had we been parked further back in the airport carpark might have had a problem finding our car . As always I find £50 parking for 6 days extortionate and thats after minute discount offered.
