Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please ring us on the number on your confirmation when you are 15 mins away from Southend Airport. On arrival at the airport, drive just past the actual terminal building and pull into the Short Stay Car Park (on your right).

What is the pick-up procedure?

After passing through passport control and retrieving your luggage call us on: the number on your confirmation. One of the team will then inform you of the pickup details based on the security conditions.

What security measures does the car park have?

Your car will be going to a secure gated CCTV operated car park.

What else do I need to know?

No size restrictions, but a charge of 1.5 times normal price for extra large vehicles/ long wheel base vehicles.. You will need to leave your keys at this car park.

Best meet and greet we’ve ever had. Literally 3 or 4 minutes wait when we first arrived at the car park before the driver was dropped off to take our car. On our return, by the time we’d crossed the road and entered the short stay car park, our car was coming through the entrance barrier. Fantastic service from really friendly guys. Thank you so much. Would thoroughly recommend.

Very prompt on collection and on our arrival back to Southend airport. The man who picked my car up was very nice and had a great customer relations considering it was just after 4am. The man who brought my car back was the opposite, not good as we had just come back from a lovely weekend, not the meet and greet service we are used to. I will try you once more just to see if it was just one man who spoilt your service

Great service, Agent was at the car park upon arrival, no hanging about. Upon my return, phone call made to advise arrival, by the time I arrived at the car park the car was there. Smooth and efficient service. Highly recommended.

Directions for Southend Meet and Greet

ARRIVALS PROCEDURES:
Please ring us on the number on your confirmation when you are 15 mins away from Southend Airport (SS2 6YF)
In the event that you do not have a Sat Nav or unsure when you will be 15 mins away, please ring us when you have just passed the Basildon turnoff on the A127 towards Southend, or if coming via the A130, ring us when you leave the A130 to get on the A127.
If you fail to phone us when you are 15 minutes away from the airport you may have to pay the exit fee for us to get your car out of the short stay car park. If you do arrive at the airport and haven't phoned us, please pull up and call us before entering the short stay car park otherwise it will result in you having to pay the exit fee.
It is important to ring us if you are running early or late. This way somebody will be aware of your situation so that assistance will be allocated accordingly.
On arrival at Southend Airport, pull into the Short Stay Car Park (on your right - opposite the terminal) where a member of our staff will greet you. Our member of staff will be wearing an orange Hi-Vis with our company logo and ID Badge and will process the necessary paperwork with you.

RETURN PROCEDURES:
After passing through passport control and retrieving your luggage call us on: the number on your confirmation . One of the team will then inform you of the pickup details based on the security conditions. Normal procedure is we shall be waiting with your vehicle in the Short Stay Car Park.
Please only phone once you are actually leaving the terminal building. Once we bring your vehicle into the Short Stay car park you will have 5 - 10 minutes to drive your vehicle out. After this time you will need to pay the exit fee to get your vehicle out of the car park.
