Quick, easy and friendly

Simple, efficient.

Everything ran smoothly from dropping off car to picking up from airport. Waiting time for transfers was acceptable and price was reasonable.

Would have been 5 star if it hadn’t been for the fiasco at pick up from the airport when we got back! I phoned as requested and gave my name and was told 10 minutes! After 15 minutes the minibus turned up and I was made to feel like the worse person on earth for getting in it when people clearly thought I was queue jumping! You seriously need to give your driver the names of the people he is supposed to b picking up! In all honesty your minibuses are not big enough! I cannot imagine what they will be lik in summer when it is really busy! Unfortunately I will not be taking that chance!

Used many times before and will continue to do so. Just a couple of minutes from departures, easy to park and drop off your vehicle and prompt collection too, all combined with friendly and polite staff. Highly recommend

Everything was really good, thank you. Our only comment was that when we left the car it was a short walk to the office/cabin which was all in darkness so we were a bit worried about tripping over as it was a bit muddy too.

Easy to find, mini bus arrived promptly on arrival and departure. Would use again.

Great service even at 3am, left car, quick check in at reception and minibus took us to departures in about 5 mins. On the way out, quick phone call and car was waiting for us 2 minutes later

I have been using this car park near thee airport for years and they are always friendly and helpful. It is a great place to leave the car. Transfer to and from the airport is really quick. The only issue I can think of is that in busy times, not everyone can be taken back to their cars in 1 minibus, so then you have to wait for them to go and come back. Not sure how this could be resolved.

So close to departures, very polite and friendly staff and very prompt service, dropping off and collection, have used and will continue to use :-)

I would like to thank you all at Bubble Park & Ride. I am a Disabled person and was so annoyed that I could not get any parking at Stansted, it was totally full. I knew doing park and ride that I would have to get onto a mini bus, but I was so grateful that they had a set of sturdy steps that I could get onto. I cannot thank them enough for their patience and help. I would certainly use them again. Thanktyou

Excellent service. Clear drop off and collection instructions. Arrived to collect me from Stansted within 5 minutes, friendly and helpful driver. Will use this company again, reasonable cost for my 3 week stay.

Hard to find as not recognised on sat nav, but when you phone they are very helpful.

Staff were very professional and supportive. Please do not despair asyoy are doing amarvelous job however the carpark may need tarmac and markings....

I'm very happy with the service, instruction was clear as to where to find car parking, once we arrived we hand the key and was ready to head to the airport (only 3 min away - dropped by car parking staff) it was really smooth experience. On the way back we had to call car parking (they gave us little card with the instruction what number to call once we get our luggage etc.) so that they can pick us up outside of terminal. Again after calling company they picked us up within 5 min from the call! Super efficient, I will definitely be using this company again as it was hassle free experience and staff was amazing!
